"Dean Winchester is so hot. I would let him use me any time of the day." Daphne muttered. Tatiana couldn't even come up with an argument or tell her best friend to shut up since they all knew that Daphne was absolutely right.
She was currently sitting on Isadora's couch watching Supernatural with her friends. However, they mostly watched it to admire how unfairly handsome Jensen Ackles is as Dean.
"Stop being such a simp," Isadora said, throwing one of the pillows at Daphne as if it wasn't a well-known secret that Isadora was equally as much of a simp over Sam Winchester or rather over Jared Padalecki. Tatiana knew very well that Isadora had had her celebrity crush on Padalecki since she first saw him appear on Gilmore Girls.
"As if we all aren't classified simps and hoes for fictional characters." Tatiana retorted, ducking her head to avoid the two pillows that both Daphne and Isadora had thrown at her.
"Jokes aside, how's it going in the Formula One world?" Daphne asked. She let out a sigh and rubbed her forehead with her hand. If Tatiana were going to be honest with herself she hasn't kept up with the races and drama that has happened and might have occurred. It's been a while since she last saw Max with him being busy with the championship and herself being busy with her own life.
"Honestly, Daphne, I've got no clue. Haven't really been in contact with Max lately." She answered.
"Weren't you and Max like attached to each other's hip or something? What could have possibly happened that made you and Max not talk to each other for months?" Isadora wondered, pitching in her own questions to the conversation that Daphne now had started that Tatiana had no wish to participate in.
"Come on now, Tatia, you can't just not answer our questions," Daphne said. The screen had already been paused to create a bigger sign for Tatiana that this conversation would not be pushed away.
"I mean... Nothing really happened. We both just got busy and the time zones, I guess." Tatiana answered, not really wanting to tell her friends about the conversation she had a month ago with Kelly. She had thought that Kelly and her had been good friends but apparently, the older woman had been a better actress than she was.
Sometimes, Tatiana wished that she had seen earlier that Kelly had just put up a front to please Max. She didn't even know anymore if push came to show if he would pick her over Kelly or vice versa, and Tatiana didn't believe that she wanted to find out.
"Bullshit." Daphne spat out. "Something clearly happened, you just don't want to tell us and I will respect that. But, if you end up in a hospital you better tell me the truth."
Tatiana let out a laugh as she shook her head. She doesn't think that one bad conversation with Kelly will result in a life-and-death situation like it used to do with her ex-boyfriends.
"No hospitals. I promise."
"Good," Isadora said before she pressed the play button so they could continue to watch the episode. No one said anything more, too focused on the episode. Or well, mentally Tatiana was busy replaying the one-month-old conversation she had with Kelly. In a way, she was still surprised and hurt by how much Kelly's older sister's persona had been staged to ensure that she could further dig her claws into Tatiana's Maxie. Maybe people were right when they said that betrayal hurts more when it comes from those we love and trust.
