Mellisa's POV:

It's been two months since we moved back into Katie's place and today we're making arrangements to go look at a few new places for a more permanent place. We'd been looking locally at different houses that have some land to them so we could get a dog or two for company. "Are you ready love?" Katie asks. "Yes I am." I reply with a smile. "Come on Mel..." Katie says as she grabs my hand pulling me to our car. "This is a huge step Katie...are you as excited as I am?" I asked. "I'm very excited Mel! You're right this is a huge step for us, but I think it's the right step for us." Katie replied as she gave my hand a squeeze.

"I agree wholeheartedly. This time next year we'll be married and maybe one of us will be pregnant..." I added smiling at her. Katie smiles at me in response before turning her attention back to the road. "I hope so. We'll be amazing parents!" Katie gushes. A little bit later we're pulling up to a beautiful house on a dirt road. I can easily see that theres a large fenced in back yard and a pool behind the house.

Katie's POV:

Melissa and I begin our look at the house as the realtor waits in the living room. We carefully examine every inch of the house. We're not looking for perfection..but we don't want a money pit either. We're now up in the master bedroom it overlooks the back yard and the pool area. "I like the open floor plan. And the large kitchen." Melissa says. "Me too. What do you think of this room?" I ask. "It's nice. It's got a good view of the back yard. Although if we do get this place we should put a new fence up so paparazzi don't find us." Melissa replied. "I was thinking the same thing. However I'm not sold on the location. The neighbors are too close for my comfort." I say. Melissa now looks out another window to see the closeness of the houses. "I agree. Let's keep looking...maybe add 'no neighbors' in our search." Melissa adds. I nod as we head back downstairs to talk to our private realtor.
