Talia had always thought she had bad luck. But Robbie had confirmed her suspension when he had told her she was to share a room with the oldest Feder son, she had Owen at least so she wouldn't be totally alone with the teasing asshole.
"I'm gonna go grab our bags," Owen tells Talia as she looks around the room. It was a decent-sized room that the three young adults would be mostly comfortable in. The only problem was there was only one bed.
"Yeah, okay," Talia answers Owen as she moves to the bedroom window. She could almost bet that they had the best view, she couldn't wait to see the sunset over the trees and reflect on the lake, she just knew it would be breathtaking.
"Pretty isn't it?" The voice that sent chills down her spine speaks from beside the bed.
"I'm not talking to you," the blonde snaps causing Alex to chuckle as he takes his jacket off, desperate to get in more comfortable clothes.
"Listen, I'm...sorry for kissing you without your permission and the...other thing, it won't happen again," Alex promises Talia, he truly didn't know what had overcome him at the funeral. But he just couldn't resist tasting her plump lips, he regretted making the kiss so quick. Though he knew if he kissed the blonde again, he wouldn't stop. As for his wandering hand, the only thing that stopped him from slipping his hand into her underwear to feel how wet she might have been was the fact she hadn't given him a verbal go-ahead.
Yes, her body gave him the sign to keep going, but he needed to hear the plea from her cherry lips. He had been taught to never touch a woman without their verbal confirmation. He shouldn't even have touched her thigh without her permission.
Talia bit her bottom lip to stop the smirk that was making its way onto her face as she turned to look at the brunette, who was unbuttoning his dress shirt. Talia had to refrain from squeezing her thighs together at the sight of the man's abs poking out from the thin material, it was clear he worked out. A lot from what Talia could tell.
"You're right, it won't happen again," Talia hums as she steps towards Alex who raises his eyebrow at the woman "Because if it does then I'll tell my dad," Talia threatens.
Alex found this amusing "You think you're dad can beat me up?" He hums as he crosses his arms over his chest, his arm muscles flexing in the process.
"No," Talia answers "But my brother might be able to," she shrugs, as if on cue Owen comes back into the room.
"Catch," he signals Talia before throwing her bag to her, she catches it with a smile. She can finally get out of this dress.
Alex looked between the two, he knew they weren't related, so why call him brother? His thoughts drift from the thought as he looks at the trash bag in Talia's right hand's grasp as her left dug through it. He looked at Owen, he was doing the same thing as Talia with his own trash bag.
"Trash bags?" He questions glancing between the two blondes.
"Not everyone can afford a big house and nanny, Hollywood," Talia teases with a smile as she fishes out some clothes and a small make-up bag.
She leaves the two men to go to the bathroom connected to their bedroom so she can change in peace.
She strips her dress off, her heels already in one of the corners of the room she was sharing with Owen and Alex.
She puts her blue denim raw edge shorts on that show off her long tan legs. Next, she threw on a white spaghetti strap tank top, fluffed her blonde hair a bit, and removed her makeup from the funeral adding a little mascara and cherry-tinted lip balm before deciding she looked decent enough.
