Take a moment to breathe. - normal the kid
Harry climbed the stairs to his flat, fishing for the keys in the pocket of his coat. As soon as he opened the door, he looked around.
"Lou?" he kicked off his shoes, frowning since the flat was silent. In the next moment a puppy sprinted into the room from the bedroom, wiggling its tail happily.
"Hi!" Harry smiled brightly, collapsing to his knees in order to give his boy a quick cuddle. It was a puppy of Samoyed. Harry took him home around three months back. One of his coworkers had puppies to find home for. And so Harry thought... why not get one? He didn't want to be alone. So, that's how he got Louis. He was the happiest puppy he could possibly get.
He licked Harry's face, making him laugh.
"Louuu!" Harry whined.
"Let's go on a walk... What do you say? Do you want to go?" Harry got up again, grabbing the leash.
The puppy whined impatiently, showing him he wanted to go so bad.
"Okay, let's go, buddy." Harry got him ready to leave. They went to the park as they usually did. Once Harry found a place where nobody was interrupting them, he let Louis wonder around without the leash.
He brought Harry a stick from somewhere after a while, wiggling his tail once more.
"Want me to throw it for you?" the puppy dropped the stick, smiling up at him.
"Okay." Harry picked it up, throwing it as far as he could.
"Go get it!" he slapped his thighs as a sign for his dog to run. Louis did, his front legs being quicker than the ones in the back. He almost fell head first, but he managed not to do so in the end.Afterwards Harry decided to get some food.
"Okay, buddy. You have to wait here for me. I will be back soon, okay?" Harry wrapped the leash around the bike holder.
Louis whined, barking two times in Harry's direction when he saw him go away.
"I will be right back, okay? Just wait here for me." Harry ran into the place from where he wanted to buy some food. It was that kebab place him and his boyfriend used to go to.
"Hello. What can I get you?" the guy behind the counter asked, knowing that Harry was kinda one of his regulars now.
"Ehm, the basic kebab, please." the guy nodded, noticing the puppy that was sitting outside, barking.
"Is he yours?" he asked.
"Yeah, sorry. I will leave as soon as I get my order." the guy shook his head.
"Just bring him in next time. We don't mind." Harry smiled small, nodding.
"Okay, thank you." he got his food soon enough, making his way back to Louis who was barking like Harry was gonna leave him forever."Hey, what have I told you? That I am gonna be right back." Louis whined, looking up at his owner.
"Let's go back to the park so I can eat." Harry untangled Louis' leash from the bike holder, guiding him back to the park. The bench him and his boyfriend used to sit on was empty so he chose that one.
Louis sat down on his bum, suddenly being patient. He looked up at Harry as he unwrapped his food. Harry noticed how he licked around his mouth.
"That's not for dogs, bud. I am not gonna feed that to you." Harry took a few bites, being aware that his dog's eyes were still trained on him.
"Okay, here." he took a little piece of meat, feeding it to him.
Louis just licked around his mouth after eating that, hoping to get more.
Harry shook his head, continuing to eat, but also giving him a little piece from time to time.
