They were going to the arena on a subway. Harry found only one seat for them, so he let Louis sit down. He stood in front of him and made funny faces. Louis was chuckling at that. Harry's funny faces didn't give him another option. When the man next to Louis got off the subway, Harry looked around if there wasn't a woman, or someone older who needed to sit down, before he took the seat. Louis immediately laid his head onto Harry's shoulder, closing his eyes for a moment.

All that hustle was making him feel quite overwhelmed, but he tried not to show it.
He felt nauseous the whole day, but it wasn't as bad, so he didn't utter a word about that. He couldn't utter a word about it either way. He wasn't going to ruin this moment for them. He was going to have a fun night out with his boyfriend.
"Lou? We have to get off." Harry hated to make his boy get up when he looked so sleepy.
They got off the subway together with some other people. Harry grabbed Louis' hand in his as they made their way towards the escalators.

When they stood in front of the arena, they could see the long queue and groups of people surrounding the entrance.
It was Louis' first show, so he didn't expect it to be this bad.
He tugged on Harry's sleeve to get his attention.
"Where are our seats?" he asked. Harry took out his phone and showed him on the map of the arena.
"It's close." Louis smiled while gripping onto Harry's clothed forearm.
"Yeah, the best seats I could get for us. You will see them and hear them well." he pulled Louis closer by the waist, pressing a kiss to his cheek.
"Love you." Louis hid his face in Harry's neck afterwards, just staying like that for some time.

When he pulled away, they both could see that the people began to enter the arena.

It took them some time to get in and it wasn't nice to get pushed by all of these people, but they made it inside. It was Louis' first time in such a huge arena.

"They are selling their merch over there. Wanna get something to remind you of your show?" Harry asked nicely, shifting his gaze from Louis to the merch offer.
"It's expensive." Louis shook his head.
"I am gonna get you anything you want, love. Don't look at the prices. This is your night." Harry rubbed his back.
Louis' cheeks flushed while he scanned the options with his eyes.
"The hoodie?" Louis glanced at Harry.
"Sure. What size?" they made their way to the end of the queue for the merch.
"Small." Louis mumbled, not wanting Harry to make fun of him.
"Okay, baby." Louis could feel Harry's hand on his bum, guiding him each time they stepped forward.
"Harry! Stop it." Louis gave him a look.
"Sorry, but your ass is just made to be held." Louis only shook his head in amusement.

"I am excited." Louis looked up at Harry, rocking on his feet with a smile, after a little while of just silently waiting in the queue.
"Yeah? What song are you looking forward to hearing the most?"
"You know which song." Louis blushed.
"505?" Harry took a guess. Louis just nodded in response.
"Yeah, that's the one and also D is for dangerous." the queue was quickly disappearing and they were soon next in line.

"Hi, what can I get for you?" the girl behind the counter asked.
"We woukd like two black hoodies, one in size small and one in medium." Harry told the cashier.
"You are getting one too?" Louis asked.
"Yeah, we will be matching." Harry scrunched his nose before he leaned down to peck Louis' lips.
"Will you pay by cash or card, sir?"
"Card please." Louis couldn't help but steal a glance at the number on the little display before Harry paid.
It was a lot...

They walked away from the counter, letting other people get their merch as well. Louis stopped in his tracks while staring at the hoodie in his hands.
Harry stopped as well when he noticed Louis wasn't next to him, walking back towards his boyfriend.
"What's up?" he asked him.
"Have you seen... the price?" Louis just couldn't help but feel bad.
"Lou... I'd buy it for you even if the price was higher, because you deserve nice things, things that you like. I want you to have the best time here on our little trip. I want you to get what you deserve. Your whole life you were either taking care of your father or were left alone on everything. You couldn't even finish school because you needed the money not to end up homeless. You were 10 when you had to leave your childhood behind and you were 16 when you had to take care of everything on your own. That's just so terribly unfair. You deserve this and much more. Let me..." Harry pushed the tears back as he grabbed Louis' forearms.
"Please, let me show you what you deserve."
Louis had a hard time not crying himself.
