Meera pov~

"What is this dagger doing here?"

Rma asked and I came out from my thoughts. She was about to pick it up but I hold it and keep it in my lap.

"I-th..this is mine. You go take out my clothes."

I told her stuttering and she looked at me weirdly but nodded her head anyways.

I sighed in relief and kept the dagger aside hiding from everyone and start getting ready.

The red hue on my face didn't dissappear for a moment. All the moment he was wandering in my mind.

"Today saudamini is coming back."

Rma break the silence of room. She was braiding my hairs and I looked at her through mirror wearing the kangan Mahi just passed me. I furrowed my brows and asked,

"Who is Saudamini?" I asked in confusion as. I am hearing this name for the first time in these two months.

"She is the head dancer of court room ranisa. She was sent away to another kingdom for some months. But today she is coming back." She said looking down to my braid emblleshing jasmine flowers on it.

The dancers are meant to seduce man. What's new in this. And every girl who is represented to man for pleasure should be beautiful. Or else what is the purpose of her being the seducer.

I shook it off and got up from stool. Mahi gave me the duppata and I hook it on one end of my waist, covering my head with other end.

"Ranisa, she is a kind of different woman. She has a sharp tongue and doesn't care with whom she is talking. And I am sure she will come here to meet you. So....umm please don't take her words to your heart." Rma said in a disturbing tone and a light chuckle escape my mouth.

I pick up the fragrance from table and open it before inhaling it's rose essence. And the heavenly smell filled through my nostrils.

I applied a little on my wrist, rubbing it a little and a little to the back of my ear.

"She is just another dancer of palace rma. Why are you g....." Before I could complete my sentence rma cut me off saying.

"She is not just dancer, she is personal courtsean of ranaji."

"Mahi Bring the records of sales of clothes from east wing." I told her and she went away nodding her head.

Now I have been handling the records for sales done by women. I always get bore sitting inside chamber, so asked ranasa about this.
