Meera's pov ~

"Yes, but now there are two reasons for my happiness. "

He said and I knitted my brows as he continued,

"First of all today you made kheer for me with her own hands. That too pouring all her love for me. I never in my life ate this much sweet kheer jaana. You not just make kheer with ingredients, but you make it by all your emotions and feelings for me."

I smiled listening to him, I would be lying if I would say that his compliment didn't make my heart flutter. I kept looking at him and he continued,

"You know meera, I never thought that I would fall in love. Love was not my thing. To me only my kingdom and my people matters to me. But when I saw you for first time, I don't know but I feel something inside my heart. I don't want to take my eyes off you. Seeing you I lost myself. I always looked at woman with eyes of respect and nothing much, but glancing at your lotus face I want to stare at you. Even if it was wrong."

I placed a gentle kiss on his chest and he held my hand in his palm and peck my knuckles.

"You have changed my life fireheart. Before you I just want to work for my kingdom, I don't want to come to my chamber. After maasa and babasa move to their kingdom, I felt really alone, but I indulged myself in the work. But now, when I go away from you, I just want to come as early as I can and lay in your arms. Read your grey eyes which are telling me the story of your whole day."

He said and my eyes turned little moist listening to him. Am I really that important to him? Did I really enlighten his life?

Seeing my teary eyes he immediately shook his head and peck my both eyes lovingly.

"I have traversed the vast lands, seen the beauty of the world, yet nothing compares to the radiance of your smile. It seems like if you are my side I don't need anything or anyone. Just you and me."

A immediate smile carved my lips listening to him with moist eyes. He joined our forehead together and continued.

" Pasand toh aapko pehle se hi karte the, pr ab hum aapse prem krne lage hain, meera. "

("I an falling for you meera. Even though I like you from very start, but now I have started loving you meera.")

My heart skipped a beat listening to him. Did i hear right? My hold on his shoulders loose a bit and I looked at him separating our forehead. His eyes were holding love and only love.

He nodded his head and held my face in his palm joining our forehead again,

"I know you would be thinking how can someone fall in love in this short time. But Your smile lights up my life, and your words bring peace to my soul. Every moment we've spent together has made me realize that my world is incomplete without you. I love you meera."

That's it. Tears rolled down from my eyes. I keep staring at him with slightly parted lips.

He loves me? It was not only me who was falling for him but it was mutual. Something that ignites from both sides and was burning us together.

I was feeling so happy inside but don't know why my tears were not stopping. He wipe my eyes with the back of his fingers and continued,

"When I look into your eyes, I see a world where everything is brighter, more beautiful, and full of hope. Your grey eyes have a way of captivating me, drawing me in with their depth and warmth. They speak volumes without uttering a single word, telling stories of kindness, strength, and an incredible heart."
