Nevaeh Grant gets a text from an unknown number that won't stop texting her, but she soon finds out it's a singer she likes, Billie Eilish. Will these texts turn into something bigger?
The week after me and Billie talked about having a baby, we got an appointment. We both got screened to make sure we're healthy, and then, we did an egg retrieval.
Since I'll be carrying Billie's baby, she's the one who got her eggs retrieved, and we picked out a sperm donor, and they're going to fertilize the eggs to make embryos.
They'll do the embryo transfer if they successfully make some, and hopefully, I'll be pregnant.
We're just waiting for the phone call to let us know if they made any.
I'm super nervous about getting pregnant, but also extremely excited that I'll be having a family with my wife.
A few years ago, I didn't even think I'd make it this far, but here I am, married and about to have a baby.
Who would've thought?
We've grown so much and it's so beautiful to see.
"Baby, I have the perfect name if the baby's a boy!" Billie runs in the room and flops down on our bed. "What is it?" I ask.
"Chuck."
I burst out laughing and her smile turns to a frown. "What the fuck, Vae? I thought it was cute!"
"You're joking, right?" I giggle. "Yeah, actually, I just wanted to see your reaction." She frowns. "I don't know any boy names."
"We could name it after Finnea-"
"Not happening." Billie grimaces. "If I have a son, it will not be named after my brother."
"Why not?" I chuckle. "'Cause he's ugly and we're both hot, so obviously our kid's gonna be beautiful." She shrugs. "Billie, don't say that about your brother." I roll my eyes. "Just being honest." She grins innocently.
"Weirdo."
