APPLEJACK (OFFSCREEN): Boy howdy. I got my work cut out for me. That there is the biggest bumper crop of apples I ever laid eyes on.
At the end of this line, stop on her and Big Macintosh; he has a swath of bandages wrapped around his midsection and is chewing on a stalk of wheat.
BIG MACINTOSH: Ee-yup. Too big for you to handle on your own.
APPLEJACK: Come on, big brother. You need to rest up and get yourself better. I haven't met an apple orchard yet that I can't handle.
Applejack nudes to the bandaged area; he winces; Big Mac annoyingly glares at Applejack.
APPLEJACK: Oops. Sorry. I'll take a bite out of this job by day's end.
BIG MACINTOSH: Biting off more than you can chew is just what I'm afraid of.
APPLEJACK (IRKED): Are you sayin' my mouth is makin' promises my legs can't keep?
BIG MACINTOSH: Ee-yup.
APPLEJACK: Why, of all the...this is your sister Applejack, remember?
Applejack gets in Big Mac's face.
APPLEJACK: The loyalest of friends and the most dependable of ponies?
BIG MACINTOSH: But still only one pony. And one pony plus hundreds of apple trees just doesn't add up to—

On these last three words, zoom out to frame the considerable expanse of orchard land before the two ponies. In close-up, Applejack swallows hard as her expression telegraphs the realization that this will be a big job indeed.
Fade into Applejack as she walks through the orchard. One of the trees has several tubs filled with apples at its base. She stops near these and looks around.
APPLEJACK: Well, I better get kickin'. These apples aren't gonna shake themselves out of the trees.
At the end of this, zoom out slightly to frame several of them in the overhead branches. In close-up, one drops loose as a tremor shakes the camera; it bounces off her head.
