Hazbin Hotel: That's My Girl Part 2

I'm a Grandma?!

~2 weeks later...

Today was the beginning of November. In which they call it the month of maturity. Speaking of maturity, my water dragon Bubbles has grown up into a fine young dragon lady. But most recently, she's been acting very strangely. I was concerned for my water baby. So one day, I went over to Rachel.

"Hey sis?" I approached her.

"Hmm? What's up sis?" she asked me as she was holding Lydia in her arms.

"Something's up with Bubbles."

"Is she sick?"

"No. I took her to see Doctor Adam this morning. And he says that everything's okay."

"That's weird. Do you know what she's been doing?"

"Now that you say that, I've been taking notes."

"Like what?"

"It's been happening for a few weeks now." I took out my notebook and my reading glasses out. "I've got a few things written down about what she's been doing."

"Hey sis."

"What?"

"Do the thing."

"This?" I said as I was fidgeting with my reading glasses.

She giggled. "Seriously, I love that."

I giggled back. "Everybody does. Anyway, she's been having some weird cravings. Today she ate a fishy with hot sauce and ice cream."

"Okay that's weird."

"She usually eats her fishy with peanut butter. But hot sauce and ice cream? That's new to me."

"Hehe yeah."

"And just a few hours ago, she's taken a blanket from the hotel linen closet."

"A blanket? Hmm... that is very interesting."

"She also goes out of the hotel at nighttime with Razzle."

"Maybe they're just hanging out."

"Hmm, maybe you're right. They're both dragons. I should cross that one off." I said as I crossed off that option. "And she's been very moody lately too. When I try to pet her, she growls."

"Did she bite you?"

"No. But I stayed away from her, to give her the space she needs."

"Anything else?"

"And she's been in a very protective stage over the kittens. She won't let me or Husky go near them while she's around."

"Did you notice anything else?"

"She's been gaining a lot of weight. I'd say after Husky's birthday."

"Hold up. Back it up a bit. You say she's been going out at night with Razzle?"

"Yeah."

"Razzle... Razzle... Ah! It's all coming together!"

"What is it?"

"You'll see. We're going to see what these little dragons are hiding. In time."

"Hiding what?"

"You'll see. I think you're gonna like it."

"Well, okay. If you say so sis." I said as I went back to work.

To be honest, I was still concerned about Bubbles. And I wondered about what Rachel meant by me liking what's in store. Oh well, I'll find out once we figure out what's going on.
