Pouges x Reader x Rafe-The Devil Doesn't Bargain

This is based off of the song Devil Doesn't Bargain by Alec Benjamin! I don't own this song! Also, this is one where Rafe is his usual abusive self.......

**Y/n POV**

I walk into John B's house with a tear stained face. The Pouges are sitting in the room and all look up at me when I enter.

"Y/n! What happened?!" Sarah gets off of the couch quickly and runs to give me a hug.

One of the things about me is I don't cry often. I only cry when something really bad has happened or I overflowed.

The rest of the Pouges get off of the couch and jog over to us.

"I-I, h-he..." I stutter out.

"Who hurt you?" JJ asked as he goes into protective mode.

"Who is he?" Kie asks a little more soothingly than JJ.

"R-Rafe...." I manage out.

"Rafe hurt you!" JJ yells out.

"JJ, don't." John B says knowing yelling won't help the situation especially since the situation is Rafe.

"Y/n, did he hurt you physically?" Pope asks as he puts a hand on my shoulder lightly.

I shake my head no. Rafe didn't hurt my physically this time.

"Okay, good." JJ says as a small wave of relief washes over him.

"I-I am going to go and talk to him...." I whisper as I try to walk to the door.

"What!? Oh no, you aren't!" Kie yells as she grabs my arm to stop me from walking. "It's useless. Don't do this. It's hubris to try."

"He's ruthless. You know this. We told you, didn't we?" Pope adds.

"He's abusive, elusive, the truth is he lies. We know you don't want to let go." JJ says.

"And just like before, I can see that you're sure you can change him, but we know you won't." John B adds.

"The devil doesn't bargain! He'll only break your heart again!" Sarah adds.

"It isn't worth it, darling! He's never gonna change!" Kie says.

"He'll never be Prince Charming! He'll only do you harm again!" JJ says.

"We don't mean to meddle but the devil doesn't settle!" Pope says.

"No, the devil doesn't bargain!" John B says.

I feel a tear fall down my face as I listen to what they are saying. Everything they are saying is true..... I just wish it wasn't.....

"Okay." I whisper. "I won't try anymore."

"We just want what's best for you in the end." JJ says as he gives me a hug.

"Thanks." I say softly. "I love you guys."

"We love you more." Kie says.
