I was just an ordinary girl. I lived an ordinary life. And it was just an ordinary day. Until I met him. Everything changed when I met him.

My name is Lucy. I'm sixteen years old with brown hair and blue eyes. I'm average height with an okay figure. I'm not chubby or fat nor am I too skinny. I have pretty big boobs. Over all I'd say I was pretty attractive. I'm not one of the "it" kids at school but I'm not one of the losers either. I'm pretty much in the middle and liked by most people. I was happy with my life. I couldn't have asked for much more. Until the day he moved in. That day changed everything...

I was walking home from school when I saw the moving van. I live on a small lane just off the main road with only a few houses on it. Everyone on the lane was pretty close so for someone new to be moving in was big news. I saw a group of the neighbours standing together and went over to ask what was going on. Carol quickly filled me in telling me that one of Joan's nephews got kicked out of school so was moving onto the lane to live with his Aunt Joan. I didn't have time to stay and gossip because I had to get back due to all the homework I had. I said my goodbyes and carried on home.

I threw open the door and called out an overly dramatic "Helloooooo!" to my mum who was in the kitchen. The smell of freshly baked cookies soon wafted under my nose and I instinctively followed the delicious scent. It lead to the kitchen where I found my mum taking a tray of her famous chocolate chip cookies out of the oven. I raced over and quickly grabbed one of the tray and took a bite of the chocolatey goodness before my mum could shout at me to put it back. It was still boiling as it was just out the oven but I ignored the mini fire that had started on my tongue and continued devouring my cookie- it was that good.

"You better eat your dinner, missy," my mum scolded while waving a spatula in my direction. I couldn't help but laugh at her, she looked like a crazy person waving a spatula around. She must've realised how silly she looked because soon we were both in fits of laughter.

"So how was school today?" she asked after we'd both calmed down.

"Yea, it was alright. I got a whole bunch of homework and an essay to write that's due for tomorrow though," I replied boredly.

"Well then you better get cracking!" I groaned and made my way out of the kitchen but just before I reached the door my mum stopped me, "Wait! Here, take another cookie. Hopefully it will give you some inspiration for your essay," she said with a smile while nudging the tray towards me.

"Thanks mum, you're the best!" I said while giving her a hug and kissing her on the cheek. I took my cookie and then ran upstairs to my room. I dumped my school bag and went over to my desk. I turned on my laptop and began typing away.

After about an hour and a half of writing my essay, I'd gotten nowhere. I was having serious writers block so I decided to take the dog for a walk to clear my head. I grabbed my jacket and headed out. The removal van was still there, as was the group of gossipers, so I waved but carried on walking. I decided to take the route down by the old railway line. It was always really quiet down there and it lead to a park where Charlie could run around for a bit.

After forty minutes or so I was heading back up the lane feeling totally refreshed. And that's when I saw him. He looked me straight in the eye. I froze. I couldn't speak. I couldn't move. I couldn't even hear anything. All I could see was his dreamy brown eyes. They were like endless pools of chocolate. I couldn't not look at them. They were gorgeous. I pulled back enough to take in the rest of him. He had on a pair of jeans and a tight fitting T-shirt to show off his muscles. He was taller than me which was good but he wasn't too tall. He had short wavy brown hair which looked incredibly sexy. He had a few freckles across the bridge of his nose that looked adorable. Overall he was pretty hot. I couldn't bare not to look at him. It wasn't until I felt the dog tugging on my arm that I eventually tore my eyes away from him. I gave the dog a quick pat before looking up in time to catch him give me a quick smile and a wink. I felt my cheeks instantly flush so I turned around and ran home.

As soon as I got in, I called to my mum to let her know I was back, sprinted up to my room, closed the door and then just melted to the floor. I couldn't get his face out of my head. I couldn't stop thinking about him. It was like a silly school girl crush. But it couldn't be a crush.. I'd only just seen him once. But he did have an amazing body.. And his face... I didn't like him already.. Did I?
