mina, kirishima and kaminari decided to throw a celebration party for the class succeeding to get their hero licences. mina went around, knocking on all of the girls dorms informing them to get dressed up while kaminari did the same for the boys and kirishima set up the common area with drinks, food and games. mina also convinced jiro to let them borrow her massive speaker which she only agreed if she had full control over it as she did not trust them in the slightest.
todoroki hesitantly agreed after a lot of convincing and nagging from kaminari, due to him failing the exam, but he settled on joining in for the sake of his friends and to celebrate them.
kirishima took on the job of persuading bakugo to join which, let me tell you took a lot of bargaining as he was completely not in the mood to party after failing. however midoriya flashed through his mind and knowing he would probably come and try and persuade him too, he decided to agree to avoid the hassle.

the party was now in full swing, everyone was either dancing, eating or sat playing a card game until a smirk slipped onto minas face as she looked at uraraka. "let's play a game guys! everyone sit down"
of course everyone listened as, no matter how sweet mina was, they were a little scared of her.
bakugo slumped down, already fed up of the game ahead, between kirishima and kaminari while midoriya sat across from him between iida and todoroki.
"so...what game?" kaminari asked.
"well let's start off easy... truth or dare." mina stated the smirk still lingering on her lips. she turned her attention to the brunette sat next to her. "uraraka. truth or dare?"
"t-truth?" she answers uneasily.
"is the person you like in this room?" mina questioned eagerly.
urarakas face flushed a deep red as she slightly covered her face to hide it, muttering a yes.
bakugo zoned out after her lame response already tired of playing. his eyes wandered around the room but subtly landing on a certain green haired boy. their eyes met which made him quickly move his attention elsewhere lost in thought not wanting to engage in the game as multiple people had already been embarrassed.
kirishima pulls him from his thoughts with the dreaded question. "truth or dare bakugo?"
he scoffed. "truth"
"pussy" mina mutters under her breath earning a glare from the blonde.
"who do you have a crush on?" kirishima questioned. how childish of him, bakugo thought however he nervously glanced at midoriya who was sat staring intensely waiting for the answer.
"one of the girls." he stated simply, lying through his teeth.
OooOO's were heard from around the room. "which one?" kaminari smirked trying to push it out of him. "THATS TWO QUESTIONS" bakugo shouted defensively. "jeez man chill out it's just a game" kaminari said backing up.
bakugo stands up annoyed muttering he was going to grab a drink while the rest played on. what he didn't notice was a sad pair of green eyes watching him leave...

"this is getting boring now" kaminari whined. "let's spice it up a little" mina grinned. "seven minutes in heaven anyone?"
giggles were heard from the girls as they obviously had a plan and the boys eyebrows raised, their interests perked.
mina stands up quickly grabbing an empty bottle from the kitchen and then skipped back to her seat, placing it in the middle of the circle.
first went in kaminari and jiro who both came out a blushing mess.
next went iida and yaoyorozu, tenya came out with his glasses all fogged up and momo shyly tucked her dark locks behind her ear. this earned awes from the girls.
minas eyes landed on bakugo. "you're up katsuki" she earned a glare from the boy after using his first name but he span the bottle anyway.
after what felt like a decade, it came to a stop on the short brunette. "OoOo bakugo and uraraka" kaminari giggled wiggling his eyebrows.
mina and kaminari shoved them into the closet leaving the rest of the group sat wondering what would happen between the two. what they didn't notice was two sad pairs of eyes wishing they were in there with bakugo instead. as todoroki noticed midoriya being one of them, jealousy washed over him assuming he liked uraraka. kaminari noticed the other pair, giving kirishima a slight nudge and a warm smile which earned him a sad smile back.

bakugo looked at the girl in front of him, not much space between them due to the cramped closet. her eyes wandered anywhere but his crimson orbs. "i know you like deku" he stated. urarakas eyes widened in disbelief at what came out of the blondes mouth.
"i-" she started but was cut off. "i wont say anything don't worry" he snarled, jealousy lacing his voice which she didn't quite catch onto. uraraka sighed in relief and awkwardly chuckled unsure of what to say next.
"who do you like bakugo? you said it was one of the girls right?"
he tensed, quickly thinking of an answer as he didn't want to be caught out in his lie. "it's none of your business shithead."
shocked she stuttered back "i-i won't tell anyone"
"it's uh...mina" he mumbled avoiding her surprised eyes that tried to force contact with his.
"r-really? i-i thought you-" she was cut off once again by the sound of kaminaris voice shouting to them that their time was up.
they both awkwardly walked out the closet, a pink tint highlighting both their cheeks out of pure awkwardness.
the groups eyes widened realising that the katsuki bakugo was blushing.
"i'm going to sleep guys, goodnight" a sad midoriya muttered walking away before anyone had a chance to speak. a pair of dual coloured eyes lingered on him as the owner also stood up going to follow him.
