The breakup has left a huge hole in your heart, almost ruining your life. You want to take a break from everything, even work, but you can't.
You haven't talked to anyone since that day. You didn't feel comfortable confiding in anyone about your situation at the moment.
After work, you'd go home and lock yourself up in your room, brooding all night long.
You felt as if a part of your soul was taken away from you and needed an angel to bring the lost piece back to you.
Your whole life you'd been alone but ever since Sei came into your life, you had forgotten how being lonely felt.
Being with someone, surrounded by your friends and loved ones was the new normal for you. Now, you couldn't remember how you coped with loneliness and rejection before.
Fortunately, you gathered the courage to talk to your parents. You decided to take a leave and go back to your hometown just to visit your parents, it has been quite a long time since you've last seen them.
Packing your stuff, you get ready for your travel.
After a few hours of traveling and commuting, you've arrived in your hometown. Dragging your suitcase, you walked to your parents' house.
It was just like before. When you were a kid until your adolescence and even to your young adulthood, this was where you grew up.
You hesitantly rang the doorbell.
No one seemed to be home. You rang the doorbell once again. Finally, an old figure comes out of the door.
"Dad!" You called out. The old man fixed his glasses and was surprised to see you. He quickly opened the gate and welcomed you in.
Your mother hugged you as soon as you entered the house, and joyful glees echoed throughout the room.
Putting your things aside, you sat down across from them.
"Mom, Dad, I'm home!" "Welcome home, dear" they simultaneously said and hugged you.
After the reunion, they asked you about your life and stuff. Of course, they mentioned Sei.
Hearing his name made your heart ache, staring blankly at them, they showed their concerns.
"Dear, what's wrong? Did something happen between you and Sei?" Your mother asked
You looked down, avoiding their gaze. You wanted to tell them that you're fine but deep down... you knew you had to let these feelings out or else you're going to suffer.
You ended up telling them about how he wants to focus on himself and cannot balance you and his life.
They listened intently as you cried your heart out, venting about what the young boy had done to you.
"Sei is a good guy, my dear. But the hasty decision he made is not good." Your father said to which your mother agreed on
"There are plenty of other guys there, Y/n. Me and Papa will always support you okay?"
You appreciated their love and support. This made you tear up even more, hugging them, you told them how much you loved them.

Your stay in your hometown was good. You stayed for almost a month. Unfortunately, you had to leave soon to go back to work.
As you were packing your stuff to get ready for your flight tomorrow, you realized you hadn't reactivated your account after deactivating it.
