*Carson's P.O.V*
I laid in bed, I heard the door open. My body went rigid, my breaths were shallow, and my eyes shut tight. The footsteps got closer I braced myself. It was another beating coming. I should leave Kyle. Or fight back. But who else would I have.
"Carson?"
The voice was strongly familiar, and reminded me of the Winchester boys, but it had to be Kyle. Dean had ignored me for a full month now. Sam was at college.
I could feel the presence behind me, the blanket lifted off, the person took a sharp inhale as the bruises all over were exposed to light.
"Carson, it's me."
As a hand landed on my shoulder my whole body went frigid.
"Cars, I'm not going to hurt you."
I slowly turned around, familiar green eyes beat down on me, they were laced with sadness.
"What happened to you?"
"N-nothing, you have to go. Kyle is going to be home soon"
"I'm not leaving you here to get beat on. Get up. Get your stuff. Your leaving with me."
I had known Dean Winchester my whole life, I didn't protest I threw on skinny jeans, my grey tank top and my leather jacket. My wavy hair in a low messy ponytail hanging to the small of my back. I threw all my clothes in a bag and collected other little things in my back pack before grabbing my purse. My baby wasn't in the drive way. It was Kyles now.
"That motherfucker!" I swung my fist and took out his trucks windshield before denting the door, leaving almost a fist mark in the side. I heard the impala close and feet on the rocks. Arms wrapped around me.
"Stop that."
I calmed down and got into the impala. We started to drive off.
"Where are we even going?" I asked him.
"Bobby's, he will be home in three days. You hungry?"
"A little. I could use a drink more then anything."
I looked at my phone. It was 4:45. I closed my eyes for a bit before falling asleep. Dean woke my up at seven, pulling me out of the impala to the diner. I headed to the bathroom and threw on some makeup. I went and slid in the booth across from Dean.
The waitress immediately started flirting with Dean. It was just like when we were kids. I immediately got jealous.
"I'll have pancakes" I growled before she walked away. I reached into my purse and brought out my jack. I brought the bottle to my lips and downed a bunch before poring some into my coffee.
"I missed you." Dean smirked.
"Then why'd you leave." That was a little much, but called for.
"I had to."
"I could've went with"
Dean looked at me, my cut lip, my almost covered black eye.
"Why didn't you call me to stop him?" His voice was quiet now, his eyes filling with water.
"I figured you wouldn't answer."
"Carson, I'm so sorry. I had to leave. Sam didn't want to be around me. I couldn't be around you any longer."
"Wow, I'm sorry I didn't realize how much I repulsed you.." tears welled up, threatening to fall from my eyes. I chewed my cheek. I would not let myself cry, Dean didn't even notice, but I was good at hiding pain from him.
"You don't repulse me, quite the opposite really. Carson listen, I-I came back. I can explain it all, just give me a little bit of time."
"Fine." I bit back. I picked at my food, not really hungry anymore. I had fallen for Dean Winchester at the age of ten. When he refused to let me forget it was my birthday, when everyone else did, when I realized he was one of the few who cared. From that age on I also knew I didn't have a chance, girls fell for him left and right and I repelled humans in general.
We finished and got up to leave, Dean wrapped his arm around me. It was warm and comforting, it felt like home. His arm dropped around my waist and pulled me closer, my face leaning on the leather jacket he laid on his shoulder.
"Dean?"
"Yea?"
"Where did you even go?"
"I went out to Kansas. To look for Azazel.
"And you didn't take me with you, why." my voice cracked a bit at the end.
"I needed some time to think about stuff I promise I'll tell give you a better reason as soon as I can put it into words."
"Alright."
We climbed in the car and headed to Bobby's. I leaned my head against the window and started to drift off, right as my eyes fluttered shut I felt Dean's hand lace into mine.
*Flashback dream, 10 years ago*
"Come on Carson, it's your thirteenth birthday, we're both teenagers now."
"Dean, I don't want to go anywhere, today's a stupid day."
"You're birthday is important to me, my favorite holiday. At least come down to the lake with me?"
"Fine."
Deans hand reached and grabbed Carson's wrist and pulled her down the trail. They reached the edge of the pond.
"Jump in with me?"
"Anything for your birthday Cars."
They striped down and jumped in, the freezing cold water shocking them. They climbed out and pulled on their clothes, laying in the knee-high wild flowers. Looking up at the sky. Dean's hand grabbed Carson's.
"You know we're going to be alright."
"I hope so Dean, I hope."

This was really short and suckey. I'm working on the second chapter, hopefully it's better. Feed back is really appreciated. And if someone wanted to edit me a cover that would be great.
