Chapter 7

Third Person POV

The full moon shines over the green lights of Beacon, and in the room of Team RWBY, the door opens and Weiss' shadow is seen against the hall's light, She slowly closes the door and enters room.

She tip-toed her way to the corner where a certain feline faunus was peacefully sleeping in his sleeping bag. Even though the room was dark, the moon shines on her snow like skin.

Although this time her pale face has a rosy hue to it, spreading from her cheeks to her ear tips. She exhaled as she reached out her hand to the faunus boy and started to pat his head, and slowly scratched his ears. She always wanted to do that since this morning

The boy purs in his sleep, making the Ice Queens heart melt in progress. To be honest she was quiet jealous when her teammates scratched his ears this morning. Her Teammates! Boy ruffled in his sleep, sniffing a bit.

Klaus: Weiss?

He asked grogily without opening his eyes and Weiss immediately stopped petting his head.

Weiss: How'd you know?

Klaus: You smell

The girl got embarrassed suddenly until Klaus spoke again

Klaus: Of white Jasmine, a bit of vanilla and snow. You smell nice

Did he even realise what he's saying? Or is he still asleep the gir asked to herself. He slowly opens his eyes and sitting up straight, his ears perked up a bit and he looked around to see everyone sleeping.

Klaus: Did you touch my ear?

Weiss: No No No!

The girl quickly denied her actions and now bore an serious face.

Weiss: I need to talk to you. About What I said to you.

Weiss talks on to the faunus boy by  Reminiscing the time they partnerd up in the emarald forest and how he saved her and looked after each other even though they both hated each other.

Weiss: I never got to say thank you for that. So thank you for saving me Klaus. And I know apologising for what I said isn't gonna change anything but...but

Weiss looked down at the floor in which both were sitting on. Her hand balled up into a fist, slightly trembling at thought of how she treated her teammates today.

Klaus slowly placed his hand on top of hers and gave it a light squeeze. Both of them slowly meeting each other's face, her crystal blue eyes following his bright eyes.

Klaus: I know how the faunus-

Weiss: No that's not important right now. What's important right now is...me being with my partner and having each other's back. So I'd like to be your partner again.

Klaus: I'm so glad to have my partner back. And it's all right Weiss, I know you didn't meant it like that.

Weiss: Thank you Klaus. Now I owe an apology to Ruby too. You should get some sleep.

Klaus: Yeah, you too. but I wanna know what happened all of a sudden?

Weiss: Oh It's just professor Port and Ozpin Kinda opened my eyes, so from this point on I'll try be the best teammate!

Klaus: Be a great teammate and I'll let you touch my ears again, but for now good night

The ice queen blushed profusely as he knew about the fact that she did touch his ears.

Klaus's POV

It's been a few days at Beacon Academy and everything is going quite well. Team JNPR and Team RWBY Just finished our combat training and were eating lunch at the Cafeteria.
