Aurora heard her alarm going off. Aurora turned away, trying to fall asleep again only to be bothered by the noise. Her alarm got louder when she got up and grumbled. She turned her alarm off as she checked her time. It was 7:10 in the morning, she slipped out from her sheets as she stretched. Stretching her stomach as she walked into her bathroom. She took a quick rinse as she brushed her teeth in the shower. Once she was done, she dried herself. She grabbed her bra and underwear and slipped them on. She put on her blue and white crop top then slipped her white ripped jeans on. As she removed the towel off her head, she brushed her hair before putting it up into a bun. She applied a small amount of makeup before walking out of her bathroom. Throwing her socks on then throwing her Fila's on. She grabbed her bag and headed out.
"Only got 2 hours of sleep...hopefully, i don't work late today"
As she walked to the bus stop, she put her airpods in and listened to music. When the bus arrived at the stop. She got in and looked for a spot before seating herself down. It took at least 20 minutes before she got off and walked the rest to the college. She greeted her friends and some of her classmates as she continued to walk to her class.
"Good morning Aurora"
Aurora turned her head as she looked at Niccolo. Niccolio had white collar shirt with a gray vest and a brown coat on. Wearing his nice dark suit pants and Alden Moc Toe Derby Blucher on. Aurora had a small blush appearing on her smile before she smiled at him.
"Good morning professor"
"How have you been lately?"
"Oh just the usual, just been working and dealing with school work"
"I see. Well I have to hurry up to my classroom before I'm late. Have a nice day Aurora"
"You too Professor"
Aurora walked to her class. As she entered her classroom, she sat down at her seat and opened her notebook. Once her professor walked in, class started.

Drake sat in the hospital chair as he waited for Imani to wake up. He has been up since yesterday. Imani started to stir in his sleep which caused Drake to sit up straight and watch him. Imani slowly opened his eyes as Drake got up from his seat and rushed to call the doctor in. Imani blinked a couple of times before trying to sit up. Doctor Asterios and Drake came in.
Asterios was quick to his side and gently pushed him back to lay back down. Imani looked right at the door and glared a bit.
"Please. It's best if you lay down. No movement yet until I check your vitals and other stuff alright?"
"Yeah..Yeah"
While Asterios checked Imani. Drake sat down and crossed his arms. Once Asterios was done, he left the two alone for a bit.
"What the hell happened out there!"
"I was only at a crime scene. But it was a trap. I saw Grant and his accomplice.
Drake's eyes went wide as he unfolded his arms.
"What?!"
"Yes. I was in a small brawl...I shot Grant in the leg but I got hit in the shoulder as Grant stabbed me"
"Jesus Christ!"
"I was able to escape. But his accomplice..I couldn't see his face at all. He wore a mask but he was tall and he had some tones of muscle in him."
"What did Grant say to you?"
"He wants us to leave her alone"
"You don't mean..."
"Yes..Aurora Greenwood is in danger"
Drake got up from his seat as he pulled his phone out.
"Drake..I think it's time we put her under protection now"
"Alright"
Drake walked out of the room as he called the main office. Doctor Asterios walked in and sat near her to check his vitals once more.
"It seems you haven't changed."
"What do you mean by that patient?"
"Don't give me that Asterios Kallis. How in the hell did you find me?"
"Well a Doctor does transfer from time to time. Besides, I should get a thanks for saving you from brick of death"
"Hmph. Hurry up and get out"
"Imani.."
"Hurry up"
Asterios finished what he was doing before leaving. Drake came back in as Asterios walked out. Drake closed the door and sat down.
"We got the approval to put her under protection."
"Alright. Can you ask the doctor if I can be checked out"
Drake only nodded as got up and left. Imani sighed as slowly moved himself upwards. Staring at the wall before he bit his lip.
"I'm going to catch you Grant...just you wait.."

Classes have ended as Aurora left her last class for today. Aurora had gotten a message from Lucia that she and Katerina wanted to hang out with her. Aurora had agreed to hang out with the two girls. As she was heading to the school parking lot. Lucia was sitting on the hood of her car having a quick smoke break. She walked up to Lucia and looked at her friend.
"Katerina is arguing at the moment. I didn't want to hear her screaming."
"Who is she arguing with?"
"Who do you think?"
"Carlos?"
"Yep."
"What now?"
"Supposedly, she caught Carlos texting another girl and flirty back with that girl. She got pissed"
"Oh lord"
Aurora rolled her eyes as she sighed at the sight of her friend bickering with her boyfriend on the phone. Luci had finished her cigarette as she dropped the rest onto the floor before getting off her hood of the car. Walking to the driver seat door and opening it. Katerina was done arguing with Carlos as she had her arms crossed. Aurora got into the car and patted Katerina's shoulder.
"Did you finish?"
"Yes, I did doll. Gosh he's so irritating"
"More like you are..." Luci had mumbled.
"What was that Luci?"
"Nothing Rina!"
Luci started the car before driving off somewhere. Since it was girls day, Katerina had picked a fine cafe to sit at and have a cup of coffee with each other. As Luci was heading over to the place. Aurora's phone started to buzz, she decided to ignore her phone but it continued to buzz which was being well irritating. She swiped her phone to the right and put it close to her ear.
"Hello?"
"This is Detective Drake. I need you to come in."
