Chapter 2-10: Kind of Similar

***Deserted Island - Tropical Forest***C.C. POV: "It seems Stitch is many times—possibly even hundreds of times—smarter than us." Appa states. I stay by Appa and wait to see what we do next. "Now he's drawin' somethin' on the ground." Floyd says as Stitch daws in the dirt. "It looks like...a flat ship. Is this the vehicle from the crash site?" Appa says questionably. "And over here's the robots we fought, and...the junk parts we got?" Floyd asks. Stitch starts acting, using actions and emotions.

"Aha, I get it. If we grab more components off Gantu's robots, Stitch can use 'em to fix up his spaceship. And once it's all fixed, he'll give us a ride back to school. Right?" Floyd asks. "'You shouldn't make any charitable assumptions about Gantu. Handing me over doesn't necessarily mean he'll agree to what you want. And even if he did agree, there's no guarantee he'd uphold his end of the bargain. In which case, it makes more sense to team up with me. If you fix my ship, I'll take you where you want to go.' ...That's what I believe Stitch is suggesting." Appa explains.

"How can you guys tell?" Ace asks, bewildered. "Floyd, Lilia, and Stitch seem to all be on the same wavelength." Riddle states. "Floyd and Lilia were already a disaster duo, but now Stitch makes them a terrible trio!" Ace says, while I give him a threatening glare. "I don't like playin' along with some weird creature, but I like Gantu attackin' us a whole Hot less. Hmm... Whaddaya think, Yuu?" Grim asks.

"Let's team up with Stitch!" Bubba replies. Stitch jumps onto Bubba's shoulder. "Whoa, Stitch just hopped on Yuu's shoulder!" Ace exclaims. "He's decided you're on his side, huh? He really is calculating." Azul states. "He's kinda cute..." Bubba says. "Grrr... He's gettin' on my nerves with how devious he's actin'!" Grim says angrily.

"Looks like Stitch is growin' on everyone." Floyd says. "I trust you're fine with teaming up with him?" Appa asks. "I suppose. After all, we should be able to endure until morning with what he made us. And if he really can get us back to school, that changes everything. It would be smarter to stick with Stitch now than to try and mend bridges with Gantu. Welcome to the team, Stitch." Riddle says.

"I guess if it means getting off this island, I'll help you out, Stitch. But promise you won't bite me anymore, okay? Let's try to get along." Ace says. "Just to be clear, I'm only helping you so you'll take us back to school." Jack says. "Likewise. Consider ours a temporary partnership." Azul states in agreement.

"Mrrr... I don't like Stitch, but if it means gettin' away from this place...Okay, fine! I'll help fix your spaceship. But remember, I'm the boss. You better do as I say, or else! Hey, cut it out! No head pats! I just said I'm the boss, not you!" Grim says. "Ahaha, they're hitting it off. They seem kind of similar when they're acting like that, huh?" Ace asks. "Yeah, I can't tell which one's Sealie and which one's Stitch." Floyd says in agreement.

"What?! We're totally different! I'm clearly more...more...more..." Grim starts. "Let's call it a day, shall we? We should conserve our energy for the morrow. I spotted a cave when I was flying earlier. We can spend the night there. That should give us some shelter from the rain." Appa states.

"Oh, we're campin' out? Aren't we gonna make a fire, then?" Floyd asks. "In the situation we're in? Of course not." Jack states in reply. "Floyd...That's something for tomorrow!" Appa says joyfully. "Guess we know what we're doing in the morning..." Ace mumbles.
