***Deserted Island - Tropical Forest***

C.C. POV:

"Now that we've split into groups, it's time......TO HIT THE BEACH!" Appa exclaims happily. "Can we save the fun and games for later, Lilia? Provisions are our priority at the moment." Azul states. "Okay, but what does that involve? I don't know where to start." Ace says. "Hm? Well, our first order of business is simple enough: finding water. Even without proper food, you can survive for days as long as you have water." Appa states. "Ah, of course! Hydration is an essential part of living on land." Azul exclaims. While they do that I just climb up a tree and hang upside down from the branches.

"Now that you're pointing it out, it's pretty obvious. Guess that just didn't occur to me. Oh, I get why you said we should hit the beach now! For water!" Ace exclaims. "That's not why. No matter how thirsty you are, you must never, ever drink seawater. It will only dehydrate you." Appa explains. "Huh... Then why did you suggest the beach?" Ace asks while I get down from the tree. "Because I wanted some fun in the sun." Appa says nonchalantly. "Are you kidding?! Do you even care that we're in a struggle for survival?!" Ace exclaims while Stitch gets on my back. "We can't survive on seawater...? Why must human bodies be so inconvenient?" Azul sighs. "Oh, don't fret. Luckily, I spotted a waterfall when I was getting my aerial view yesterday. I'll lead the way. We'll find plenty of potable water there." Appa says while leading us away.

"Ahh, what a nice, cool breeze! I lucked out getting on Team Provisions." Ace exclaims in satisfaction. "Khee hee hee. Isn't the water lovely? It's so clear, you can see the bottom of the basin. All right, let's quench our thirst!" Appa says before everyone starts drinking. "Whew, that's cold! I feel alive again!" Ace exclaims. "Agreed. I don't think water's ever tasted so good to me before. Judging from the smooth way it goes down...l believe this is soft water." Azul states. "Whoa, you can tell what kinda water this is just by drinking it? That's amazing." Ace says in awe.

"I have something of a discerning palate, yes." Azul states while Stitch smiles happily. "I haven't had water this good in years, myself. This is a true gift of nature. I suspect it's safe to drink as-is, but I hear youths these days tend to have more delicate stomachs than the people of yore. Considering how much of this we'll be drinking, we should probably boil it just in case." Appa states. Stitch smiles one of his smiles before working at super speed, ending in a pot. "Oh hey, a pot. You want us to use this for boiling? It's pretty big. This could be handy for hauling the water in, too." Ace says while Stitch nods.

"Ace. Azul. Would you mind if I left you two to handle this?" Appa asks. "Sure...But where are you going, Lilia?" Azul asks. "To get some food. I'd feel awful making you growing boys survive on an empty stomach. So I'll need to gather up good food, and lots of it. Come along, Stitch!" Appa says happily as Stitch follows him into the forest. "I'd say to watch out for robots or wild animals, but I get the feeling those two can handle just about anything..." Ace mumbles. "Yup." I say in agreement.
