THIRD PERSON'S POV
The gentle hum of the evening city buzzed in the background as Y/N walked home from her evening class. She sighed in contentment, the warm glow of the streetlights casting a serene atmosphere. Little did she know, someome was watching her from the shadows, his dark eyes tracking her every move.
"Y/N," Y/N's classmate, Jimin, said. His voice was soft, almost a whisper, as he stepped into the light, a smile playing on his lips. "It's late. Let me walk you home."
Y/N smiled back, grateful for the company. "Thanks, Jimin. You're always looking out for me." She agreed. She was bored and wanted a company, so why not him? He's just someone Normal...right?
As they walked, Y/N felt an odd sense of unease creep over her. Jimin's presence felt different tonight. More intense. She shook off the feeling, blaming it on her tired mind.
"You know," Jimin began, his voice low, "I've always admired how kind and trusting you are, Y/N. It's... endearing."
"Thank you, Jimin," she replied, though the intensity in his eyes made her shiver.
Over the next few weeks, Jimin's behavior became increasingly unsettling. He always seemed to be around, knowing details about her life she hadn't shared with him. He'd show up at her favorite café, at the library, even outside her apartment, always with the same intense, unwavering gaze.
One evening, Y/N received a beautifully wrapped gift on her doorstep. Inside was a delicate bracelet with a note: "To remind you of my love, always. - Jimin". Her hands trembled as she read the note, the weight of his obsession becoming clearer.
She confronted him the next day. "Jimin, you need to stop this. It's too much."
His eyes darkened, a hint of anger flashing before he forced a smile. "I'm just showing you how much I care, Y/N. Don't you like it?"
"It's not about liking it," she said, trying to keep her voice steady. "It's about boundaries. This isn't normal."
Jimin stepped closer, his voice dropping to a whisper. "Normal? Who decides what's normal? I love you, Y/N. More than anyone else ever could."
Fear gnawed at her, but she stood her ground. "This has to stop, Jimin. I can't do this."
The days that followed were filled with an eerie silence. Jimin seemed to back off, but Y/N couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. Her phone buzzed constantly with messages from unknown numbers, all professing love and devotion.
One night, as she lay in bed, she heard a faint tapping on her window. Her heart raced as she slowly got up and peeked through the curtains. Jimin stood outside, his face illuminated by the streetlight, his expression a mix of longing and desperation.
"Y/N," he called softly. "Please, let me in. I need to talk to you."
Panic surged through her as she backed away from the window. "Jimin, go away! This isn't normal!"
His voice turned cold, the sweetness vanishing. "I'm not leaving, Y/N. You need to understand how much I love you."
Suddenly, the door burst open, and Jimin stood in the doorway, his eyes wild. "You can't run from me," he hissed, stepping closer. "You belong to me."
Y/N's heart pounded as she scrambled to find her phone, desperate to call for help. But Jimin was faster, grabbing her wrist and pulling her close.
"Why don't you see it, Y/N?" he whispered, his breath hot against her ear. "We're meant to be together. No one else can love you like I do."
