A lot happens, and I'm not sure what to do. Things appear to be in my favor for some unknown reason. Right now, I'm standing in front of Empress Dahlia II. She's a red-haired woman, basically in her thirties but still looking young. She has a fiery look, more like an ojou-sama type. She's the current empress and the wife of the former emperor Auxas.

In Cignus, of course, they're asking for concessions and a peace treaty. For better or worse, she's actually offering one when we weren't asking for it.

"President Oliver, I'm pleased to meet you," Empress Dahlia II said, extending her hand with a polite yet cynical smile. Her presence exuded both elegance and very dangerous aura.

"The honor is mine," I replied, leaning in to kiss her hand. Her skin was soft, but her grip was firm, a subtleties as reminder of her authority.

"Let's get to the subject..." she continued, her tone turning sharp. "This is our offer for concessions, peace, and a non-aggression pact with Cignus. I hope the president can agree." Her smile remained, but her eyes hinted at the seriousness behind her words.

"Depends on the matter," I responded with my own smile. "Oh." I looked over the document she handed me. The terms were surprisingly advantageous for Cignus.

"Something's wrong? Or do you feel it's a bit lacking?" she asked, her eyes narrowing slightly, as if daring me to find fault. It was clear she was not to be underestimated.

"I'm rather impressed by this elaborate and..." I paused, choosing my words carefully. "Very generous proposal," I responded, meeting her gaze.

Concession Agreements between the Valur Empire and the Cignus Federation

Preamble

In the interest of ensuring long-lasting peace and stability within the Eastern Continent, the Valur Empire - hereinafter referred to as Valur - and the Cignus Federation - hereinafter referred to as Cignus - have agreed upon the following terms of concessions. These terms are established to address the aftermath of the recent conflict and to manage future cooperation and goodwill between the two nations.

Article I: Territorial Cessions

1. Valur agrees to cede the southern and western frontier territories to Cignus. These regions, while may or not strategically significant to Cignus, are not central to Valur's wealth, industry, population, or power.
2. The precise boundaries of the ceded territories will be delineated by a joint commission within six months from the signing of this agreement.

Article II: Military Zones

1. A temporary demilitarized zone (DMZ) will be established along the newly drawn borders for a period of five years.
2. The DMZ will extend 20 kilometers into Valur's territory and 10 kilometers into Cignus's territory.
3. No military forces or equipment will be stationed or moved within the DMZ during this period.

Article III: Economic Compensation

1. In lieu of reparations and support for reconstruction, Valur will provide Cignus with a payment of gold, the amount of which will be agreed upon by both parties within three months from the signing of this agreement.

Article IV: Political and Diplomatic Agreements

2. Regular diplomatic consultations will be established to address any arising issues and to maintain a cooperative relationship. Meetings will be held biannually, with locations alternating between the two nations.
