16 - stuck in the middle

Today was the day, everyone hasn't seen each other since the party occurred, and since then it's been an emotional rollercoaster.

Some weren't talking, others were, and the rest.. we're just in the middle of everything.

Yeah, it was that complicated.

"About time you made it, I was getting worried." Felix said, as he struggled to carry his books.

"I shouldn't have came at all, where's everyone else?"

"Jeongin's a no-show, Seungmin went to class early, and Jisung is off somewhere but he didn't tell me where."

"Maybe he went to class too?" Felix smiled and nodded before saying his goodbyes to Hyunjin.

And just like that, he was left alone on his own. Everyone was starting to go to class, which meant that he had to hurry.

He'd already missed so much work thanks to Chan and tutoring, he couldn't miss anymore and he hoped that his teacher would show him some mercy.

But on his way to class, he got snatched into a dark empty closet. Not knowing who did it or where he was at.

"Hyunjin, I need you to listen to me right now." The deep voice said.

As the person who seemed like to be male, turned the the lights on, he realized what was happening and who it was.

"Chan? What the hell are you doing? I've got to get to class..."

"Just hear me out for a minute or two."

"Can you make this quick?" Chan nodded, his hands still attached to the door that he pinned the younger against.

"I just wanted to say sorry for everything, this might have not been a good time but i felt like you were avoiding me and there was no other way.."

The male was cut off by Hyunjin grabbing his chin and gently kissing his cheek.

"I know, and I'm sorry too. I should've listened to you instead of trying brush off your feelings."

"You don't have to apologize.."

"But you didn't deserve that. Listen, I have to go but we can talk later."

The brunette, opened the door and quietly left out, leaving Chan standing there speechless.

Hyunjin squealed as he walked away. It all happened so fast, and he didn't know what else to do so he kissed him.

And if he was being completely honest, he wished that he had the courage to kiss him on the lips instead.

He had a lot more time to think, and even if he was going to leave Chan alone he thought that he should still hear the boy out. No matter what happens.

"Mr. Hwang? Glad that you could join us, you're right on time for the lesson." Hyunjin giggled, walking to the back where his seat was.

"I've never seen someone so excited for science in all of my days of living." Seungmin said, whispering.

"Yeah well you're gonna be excited when I tell you what happened with Chan."

"Chan? I thought you said you were done with him."

"I know but it's alot. I promise I'll explain everything to you tonight." Hyunjin blushed at the thought of Chan.
