Pt.14 murder house

As I was walking home I put my hand in the back pocket of my shorts

I felt a box and pulled it out seeing a box of cigarettes

I opened the lid looking and seeing two cigarettes left

I decided to have a smoke so I changed directions and started checking my other pockets

I was lucky and found one of my lighters

I put my cigarettes and lighter back into my pockets and continued walking

I was now walking to the spot where I liked to have a smoke

Since my parents were doctors or whatever they would kill me and my sisters if we were caught smoking

So what did we have to do for a smoke?

We had to be slick in finding ways of buying cigarettes

and we had to find a spot not near our house to smoke them

I knew bugs spot it was behind the school in the alleyway

Mine on the other hand?

I smoked at this abandoned houses pool

The house was originally built by a young married couple

They made it a nice family house so it had all the basics

Lots of rooms, big yard, treehouse, pool etc

Now the house was abandoned because the wife had been killed their

Which if you could believe why all the kids call it murder house

Anyways when the husband tried selling it no one wanted it

So he ended up leaving it and never sold it or went back to maintain it

Which was nice for me because I always had a place to smoke

Sometimes I'd look through the house at the old rooms pictures furniture

Trying to piece together what the families life looked like

From what I saw in the rooms and the different furniture

In the main floor they had a living room that you walked straight into

Then there was a kitchen behind there which also had a door leading to the pool

And upstairs they had 5-6 rooms

First They had a master bedroom for the husband and wife

which also had a bathroom and large walk-in closet

Then down the hall beside the master bedroom was a old office

The office was almost completely destroyed with papers everywhere

Then across the master bedroom was a bathroom

And beside the bathroom was a second smaller bedroom

which from what I could tell was for a girl about 5-8 years old

And at the end of the hall was another bedroom

It looked like it was for a boy most likely in their early teens

Most of the rooms in their house were in good condition

Not a lot of the furniture was broken or damaged

because it had only been 5 years since the husband left with the two kids

Anyways after about a ten minute walk I had made it to the house
