story idea: part 2

Hello everyone, sprout here 🌱

I have a story idea based on the song "Harpy Hare" and I wanted to know if it'd be a good one, ( or if it exists...)

There had been five children who loved to act out their beliefs of stories they've heard and created, often dressing up or wearing masks to play the part

But somehow their reality had been shifted far beyond their beliefs as they soon turned into each role they carried out

This had all happened after they met a certain beast in the woods they were playing in, which had asked them if they wanted to be real... They agreed, being the kids they were, however they didn't know they would lose their humanity in the process...

I don't really know how I got this idea, it just came to me after watching an animatic song video, but I thought it would be a book I would read,

Please give me any tips on how I could re-write this or add ideas,
