"Hades?" Flynn squeaks, his eyes darting between the three men. Hercules and Perseus are having a stare down while Achilles returns to painting without a care in the world.
"Achilles, don't frighten Flynn please." Persephone grounds out almost sounding forced.
Achilles glances back briefly, his mesmerizingly beautiful eyes scanning Flynn from head to toe. He stands up quickly and walks towards Flynn.
"Uhm.." Flynn backs away nervously as the warrior grows closer. By the time Achilles is nose to nose with Flynn he's almost entirely against the door. "Um..hi.." He whispers.
Achilles stares for a moment longer, "Hi." His gaze lightens instantly and he envelops Flynn into a tight hug.
"WOW! I DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS THAT FLYNN!" He just about screams in Flynn's ear.
Persephone groans, rubbing her brow in annoyance. "Flynn, meet your uncle."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"WHAT?!" Flynn spins around to face his assumed uncle. "Wait." He glances at Persephone and back at Achilles then back at her.
A bright smile is plastered on Achilles face in seemingly a proud way.
"My uncle is THE Achilles?" The man scratches the back of his neck nervously with a wave.
"But how?" Persephone guides Flynn into the room more while sparing a chance to glare fire into the three men.
"We will discuss that later." She pushes him into a chair and fixes his clothes briefly as if trying to prepare herself for a stressful encounter.
"What were you guys talking about Hades for?" Hercules scoffs loudly and rears around on Perseus.
"I can't believe that thing is still here. He needs to-" An abundance of flora reaches up from the ground and traps Hercules in vines, "Persephone!" He shouts just before the vines fill his mouth, effectively silencing him.
The frustrated goddess storms over to the three, her normally elegant posture now rigid and stressed. "Hercules, for the love of the gods, I plead you to silence your filthy mouth. While I do agree with your statements that THING is my husband and the father of my children."
She stops in front of Hercules, "Speak another foul word of him and I will silence you permanently." Her threat sends chills down all three of their spines. That woman is indeed terrifying.
Flynn shifts nervously and glances at the painting Achilles had drawn. It's split into five parts; a crack in the shape of a lightning bolt, a blackened heart filled with dying roses, a dying tree, a dying sunflower, and the most chilling of them all: Tartarus with seven silhouettes leaming before the pit of hell.
The painting sends chills down his back. Why would Achilles be making a painting about Tartarus? His gaze shifts back to his raging mother who rants on and on about issues occurring in the underworld. "...He has neglected his duties but that doesn't mean I should just condemn him to die..." She continues on.
It sounds like Hades might get a divorce.
A soft smile reaches across Flynn's face at the thought. Can god's even get divorced? I think they can-I mean with all the kids Zeus has had-Flynn shakes his head to erase the thought. "What did Hades do?" Flynn asks quietly. The bickering between the group stops and they all look at him.
"He's refusing to restrain the prisoners in Tartarus." Achilles tells. Flynn whips his head around in shock.
"WHAT?!" He shouts. Flynn looks at his mother for an explanation. She sighs and sends a quick glare at the smaller warrior.
