The mysterious figure and Circe sit opposite each other in their base

Circe "So Ares is dead? Hippolyta's daughter is now a worldwide hero? Hippolyta and her people have not been seen in over 800 years and the other stories you told me sound interesting. So this Diana is the source of Ares' demise?"

Mysterious figure "Yes, she murdered your lover in cold blood and the people here celebrated it"

Circe "Hmmm the Amazons had a backwards policy where they avoided killing. I do not believe the daughter of Hippolyta would do such a thing"

Mysterious figure "Times have changed it seemed"

Circe "So what's your story? What's your name? Why are you obsessed with ending Diana's community!"

Mysterious figure "Ares was a close ally to me and we spread the ideals he wanted centuries ago. After his death, I vowed to avenge him and continue his spirit. This is why I shared the past events of Cheetah and Giganta. And now I have you"

Circe "Sounds like I am another pawn in your game?"

Mysterious figure "Do you wish to end Hippolyta and her bloodline?"

Circe "Of course!"

Mysterious figure "Then you work for me and we avenge Ares together and you reunite with your daughter. Now about your powers"

Circe "The power of the Hecate is painful. Every time I use it, it stings me. That is why I nearly fainted on the way here after I deceived the man who flew that carriage"

Mysterious figure "Well we need to find a way to amplify them without harming you. Luckily, I have resources and intellect that can help you. With the added power of a new metal Doris unearthed, I can improve you"

The mysterious figure opens a safe and its the foreign metal 

Circe "Wait? Is that what I think it is?"

Mysterious figure "You know of this?"

Circe "Well not exactly but I have seen it. Back when the Amazons were at war with an enemy, a scientist created a metal that can harm the Amazons. It is rumored to feel the emotional intentions of the user and it has been used in armor and weapons. But I have no additional information"

Mysterious figure "Very interesting"

Circe "All I know is that this metal is linked to the Hecate, the power that is inside me. Maybe with this metal, I can amplify my powers like you promised"

Mysterious figure "Now we are talking. We are going to stay here and figure this out."

The mysterious figure and Circe then get to work. She uses the metal and sees Circe being able to move and control it. She tests the illusionary powers on an employee but she still feels pain. Circe then uses her blast powers and it works fine

Mysterious figure "From our tests it seems your illusionary powers of the Hecate are under strict regulation. But your other powers are working fine. We need to use them smartly but with this you will bring Diana to me and we will find out her home. That is where the Amazons will be wiped out- you will do what Cheetah or Giganta never could"
