A bright light then flashes. Hippolyta wakes up in a bright white area that resembles heaven. She wears a white tunic and her hair is let down. She holds her stomach but there is no wound. She walks around but sees nothing till a familiar voice is heard
"Hello my love?"
Hippolyta turns round and it is Phillippus, Hippolyta tears up as she runs towards her for a hug but she goes straight through
Hippolyta "Phillippus my beloved?"
Phillippus "Come take a walk with my Poly"
Hippolyta walks beside the ghost "I do not understand, aren't I dead? Can I not be with you again?"
Phillippus "You can if you choose to"
Hippolyta is confused
Phillippus "You probably figured by now, this is all going on inside your head. Nothing gets past you, despite some of your hallucinations slipping through. But need I remind you of who gave you your wound and what metal was used in your medical attempt?"
Hippolyta "The power of Hecate, Circe?"
Phillippus "Indeed, now you saw Diana and Becca courageously save Circe to free her from the curse. Despite everything she has done, Diana saw someone that needed her hand, not her fist. You have raised a daughter that no scholar or poet can even describe, every single positive connotation crafted to illustrate her. And you also have another little one running around her new home. Little Donna, the delight."
Hippolyta "I still do not understand?"
Phillippus "This is not real, the Hecate's remains have fused with your inner thoughts whilst using your soul as the base. My purpose here is to explain what happens next. Circe has promised Diana to repay her, and her subconscious power has allowed you to enter this void. Circe is now free of the Hecate and is set to make up for her crimes all judged by the goddesses and as part of that, this conversation exists. Whilst I am not actually here, I am here because you want me to be"
Hippolyta "So what do I do?"
Phillippus "You can die in the real world- you will be granted a place in the heavens alongside me. You will be given an eternity of paradise with the blessing of the goddesses. You will reconcile with your fallen loved ones including your sister and close companions. You can meet Diana's friend Minerva who has settled in the heavens very well. You will be revered on Earth, it will not come as a surprise. The Amazons will cherish your memory and Diana will take her place on the throne"
Hippolyta "I sense a subtle tone of doubt in your voice"
Phillippus "The tone you sense is not in MY voice but your thoughts, after all this is your mental palace. It is because you are having doubts about leaving the world that you gave this tone to me physically. And you are right Polly. You are not ready to leave the world yet, the Amazons need their Queen, Donna needs a mother to raise her, Diana needs her world, her everything. You are more than her mother, you are more than their queen. Do you not wish to see your daughter continue in success? To see her eventually get married to that brave gentle Becca? Poly, this self-doubt is more than subtle, you yourself do not want to leave this world. And you must commit to this desire. I promise you my love, we will be together again but not yet. But not yet"
Hippolyta nods "I guess this is where I leave you"
Phillippus "I am always with you Poly, and through you, I will be there for Diana, for Artemis, for Donna, for Becca and all of Themyscira"
Hippolyta sheds a tear as Phillippus fades away
Back to the present Diana is crying on Becca's shoulder but Hippolyta regains consciousness, Diana then wipes her tears and runs over to her
