When I said they wouldn't let me go to bed right away I was right, although I very much tried to sleep through their questions, and Jin's examining of my cuts. I was failing miserably.
I was laying on the infirmary bed with only my bra and shorts on as Jin was looking over my cuts and making sure there wasn't any glass in any of them. It didn't feel like there was any glass in them, but I did have some pretty bad cuts on my chest from all the flying glass when the vehicle flipped.
The pain in my body that I had felt earlier had faded already although I'm sure tomorrow I wouldn't be so lucky. I could pretty much feel the bruises already forming from the seat belt and from when the guy threw me. I shivered a bit at the thought that his hands had even touched me, my soulmates noticing the shiver immediately and probably thinking they were because I was cold, but instead they were from disgust.
"So tell us what happened exactly, please." Namjoon said as he asked the question I had been asked multiple times since getting into Yoongi's car, but I had been ignoring them.
I felt one of my other soulmates come up closer to the infirmary bed, as they got closer I could feel the presence of Jimin coming closer as I felt something like a blanket being laid on me.
I sighed softly as the warmth from the blanket started to settle in, but I wasn't exactly cold.
"I went to my dress fitting like I was supposed to. I got back in the SUV with my body guards and we started to drive back here, on the way I got a call from Mr. Creepy Guy himself. He didn't say much, and then the driver was swerving around cars. Next thing I know there was a car that hit us head on, and as we were still recovering from that shock there was a big truck that came out of nowhere and hit us from the side, making the vehicle flip." I filled them in, before continuing. "Got to say, It definitely would have helped had the windows been upgraded but it's okay." I told them as I felt the mood shift in the room.
"Had the vehicle not been armored at all I'm pretty sure three of the bodyguards would have been more injured in the crash." Namjoon said in a tone that told me he was lost in thought.
"Can I go to bed yet? I'm so tired." I asked them and they probably thought I was extremely selfish because when they had mentioned my bodyguards I hadn't shown any signs of caring about them. I did care though, and I knew they were fine. They were currently waiting on the cleaning crew to get there to clean up the scene of the accident and what happened afterwards.
"I'm almost done, and then you can sleep. You need to stop getting injured so badly though when you leave the house." Jin told me and I shook my head as I sat up slightly, taking the blanket and wrapping it around my shoulders.
"It's not like I'm asking for it and by the way, I told you multiple times on the way home that you didn't need to check out the cuts and stuff. There is no glass in them, or else by now you would have found some." I told him as he had only started on the cuts on my legs.
"Well you're wrong cause there is glass in a lot of these cuts on your legs. You said you unbuckled yourself and dropped down on your knees didn't you?" He asked me and I nodded as I hissed softly as he began to pull out one of the first pieces. It hurt quite a bit, and I didn't exactly have that high of a pain tolerance.
Jimin and Namjoon immediately grabbed both of my hands to hopefully help calm me down, which worked. It took away the pain I felt as Jin kept taking more pieces out of my skin.
"So this might not be the best time to tell you all this, but while it's still fresh in my mind I want you guys to hear about it before it possibly happens." I told them before continuing. "One of the bodyguards, technically more than one of them and I were brainstorming ideas of how to catch this guy. One of them brought up a possible solution." I told them as I watched Jin as he continued to work and take out more glass before depositing them into the little metal basin on the stand.
"Go on, tell us more about this idea of yours." Hoseok said as I nodded softly and watched as Jin removed a much bigger piece of glass from one of my cuts, ouch.
"You guys may think it's stupid at first, but hear me out." I told them all before continuing. Jin even stopped searching my wounds for glass as he looked up at me, curiosity sparkling in his eyes. "So the plan is to throw an event like the ball that my grandmother threw, it would get his attention. He would probably show up, and then we could trap him. We would be using IDs and facial recognition when everyone checks in. He won't be able to hide his face, and with the way he is he won't be able to say no to the chance of getting me or even seeing me at this point. He's attacked me both times I've left the house, he's going to keep trying." I told them as I tried to keep the anxiety out of my tone as I thought about him even being in the same room as me.
"And he might not show up at all considering it would be a very public event, not to mention I'm pretty sure none of the organization wants you dead. At this point they would all be trying to take him down as well. So he'd have a lot of people looking out for him. He isn't stupid, and this could be just a waste of time." Yoongi told me as I did think his words through, he did have a point.
"Not to mention that planning something like that takes time. We already have a wedding we're working on and that's already stressful enough." Jungkook said in a matter-o-fact tone as I nodded a bit in understanding.
"I won't be taking on any of the responsibilities for planning it. The Organization has event planners for this type of stuff." I told them and they all looked up at me with a new look in their eyes that I couldn't understand.
"So if what I'm hearing is correct you wanna throw a party and use yourself as bait to catch this guy, correct?" Taehyung asked as I nodded to the question.
"We did it with Jackson, and we can do it again. We can take this guy down." I told them in an encouraging tone and I watched as Jin went back to looking for glass in my cuts.
"It's not the worst idea, but it is still dangerous. We don't know who all is working with him and the Organization isn't just going to be loyal to you because you're their new leader. People don't just throw friendships away like that." Namjoon said in a tone that told me he was stuck in his thoughts.
I heard Jin sigh softly as he put the tweezers down and took off his gloves. "All the glass is out and none of them were deep enough to need stitches, so you're good to nap now." He told me and I nodded, thanking him as he got up before he hugged me and I hugged him back.
As he pulled away I looked at all the rest of them. "You guys don't need to give me an answer now, so take your time to think about it." I told them before hopping off the infirmary bed, wrapping the blanket more tightly around me. "I'm going to nap now, if you guys need me I'll be in my room." I told them as I left the room soon afterwards and made my way to my room, telling myself to take a shower as soon as I was awake. I laid down in the bed and was immediately out like a light. The troubles of today completely forgotten temporarily.
