Initial Notes
Hello, dear readers! Is everything okay?
Here's another chapter. I hope you like it!
Nico
I wake up from a calm, deep sleep feeling warm, comfortable and well rested. I don't think I've ever slept so well.
I open my eyes and find myself still wrapped in Will's arms, my faced tucked against his chest. I look up at his sleeping face. He seems to be in a deep sleep so I try to leave his embrace silently as not to wake him, but as soon as I move to leave Will's hold on me tightens I look at him to confirm he is indeed still sleeping and it seems like he is...
I really need to go to the bathroom, so I see no other option than to wake him up.
"Will," I say gently, not wanting to startle him awake. "Will!"
"Five more minutes," he whispers.
If possible, he wraps himself around me more. I would be pissed if I wasn't so amused by the situation.
"You can have five more minutes. Just let go of me."
He doesn't move.
"Will... I'll give you one more chance to please let go," I say, to no avail.
"Very well... you had your chance."
I find points of support on Will's body using my arms and legs — I choose places that won't hurt him too much — and I push him hard, which, to my surprise, makes Will roll to the side and fall to the ground, which causes a crash.
I grimace when I hear the noise. I didn't want to knock him out of bed.
"Ouch!" Will says as he lands on the ground.
I crawl across the bed until I can see over the edge. Will's on the floor, disoriented from his fall. I do my best to hold back the laughter, but the situation doesn't help.
"Are you okay?" I ask.
Will looks at me, now fully awake.
"Did you do this on purpose?" he asks with that 'I'm going to get you' look.
Will starts to rise from the floor like a predator about to hunt its prey. I fall back on the bed, backing away from him. When he moves from his seated position, putting his hands on the floor so he can get up, I put my hands forward in a stop sign.
"No. I swear it was an accident," I say, getting ready to run away.
"I think it was on purpose," he says with a predatory smile forming on his lips.
Will is crouched down and getting ready to chase me.
"You better run. I will catch you," he warns.
"Can't we talk about this?"
And the chase begins. Will advances toward me and I run.
I try to get to the bathroom, but Will predicts my strategy and as he is closer to it, he gets blocks my way, standing between me and the bathroom door. We exchange looks as he takes a step towards me, making me run in the opposite direction, back to where the beds are.
I climb onto my bed and run over it with Will on my tail. He's so close. We are both laughing now. I jump from my bed to Will's bed and that's when he catches me, his arms going around my waist and pulling me down, making us both fall onto the mattress.
