The tv show Dynasty of the Dragons is one of the most popular in Westeros. Released in 888 AC, the timeline starts from 2 BC to 200 AC, covering the first two centuries of House Targaryen's reign in Westeros. The reviews for the show were almost all positive.
The sequel, The Reign of the Dragons covered the years 200 AC to 499 AC. Not as popular as the first, due to being sued by the royal family for incorrect portrayals of King Viserys III, who was the first openly LGTBQ+ monarch, but still well received.
Below is an interview between reporter Alarra Snow, and actress Elena Velaryon, who played late teens and grown up Queen Aelinor I Targaryen in Dynasty of the Dragons.
AS: So, what was it like to play one of the most well loved Targaryen monarchs? Especially the first Queen Regnant?
EV: It was... interesting. Luckily the royal family let me read one of the journals in her youth so I could get a grasp on how to portray her. Queen Aelinor... it's very hard to describe her. The Targaryen's do have more insight on her since she's their ancestor, but they also didn't tell me a lot about her. Princess Shaera said something about family secrets. And I do respect that, so I didn't push it.
AS: Well, how would you describe her? King Daeron says you did the best portrayal of her in television history.
EV: I would use cunning, loyal, creative, mysterious, intelligent, beautiful, politically savvy, loving, family oriented, and strong. I would say she was a bit of a mix between Aegon the Conqueror, Visenya Targaryen, and Jaehaerys I. And something... more. Her most private journals were burned by her second husband, Daemon right after her death. Her most trusted supporters were her family, and her twin, Rhaenyra, spoke little of her sister after she died.
AS: Well, the Targaryens do say that twins in their family are bound by something more. What else would you say about the White Queen?
EV: Aelinor had secrets. And she took all of them to the grave.

I wanted to explore the POV of two characters who weren't aware of Aelinor's magic. Which, without a doubt, is the greatest secret in House Targaryen, even in the modern day in this fic.
