Highgarden, the Reach: 127 AC
Talyrax roared and landed at the center courtyard of Highgarden. Aelinor hummed under her breath as Vermithor landed next to her, and stroking her mount's neck. Aelinor nodded to her father and dismounted, nodding to her aunt, Lady Dowager and Regent Elys Tyrell, who beckoned them to follow her into the seat of House Tyrell.
The Maester's had murdered Lord Simon Tyrell and his wife, Aelinor's former Lady in Waiting, Lady Katherine Redwyne through poison, leaving Elys regent for their daughter and heiress, Lady Rhea Tyrell, as future ruler of the Reach.
Many of Aelinor's Ladies had married. Alerie had married Jason Lannister, and they had three children, Joanna Lannister had married Boremund Baratheon, Isabelle Manderly had married Lord Nathan Royce, Lord of Runestone, Helena Strong had married Clement Celtigar, and Carina Celtigar had married Lucas Redwyne, Heir of the Arbor.
"House Tyrell and over seventy five precent of the Reach support you." Elys informed them. "And the other twenty five?" Viserys asked.
"Petty lords, mostly House Hightower's sworn houses. But also Houses Florent and Peake has joined them, staunch patriarchal idiots." Elys scoffed.
"And the lords of the Shield Islands?" Viserys prompted. "My spies report that Lady Alys Hewett, nee Redwyne and currently regent for her daughter, Fiona, will turn cloak and join us if we spare her daughter and get rid of Fiona's greedy cousins. She contacted them directly."
"Then tell your spies to tell Lady Alys to be ready for the Velaryon fleet and to smuggle as many men of Aunt Saera's men as she can to Oldtown." Aelinor said. "As for House Florent and House Peake... father, do you want to make a trip?"
Brightwater Keep, the Reach: 127 AC
Talyrax roared and Aelinor urged her to dive. Talyrax did so, instinctually understanding what Aelinor wanted. She blasted white flames onto the seat of House Florent (trenches had been dug early to prevent the flames from going wild) and screams were heard.
Vermithor joined the fray and soon, the castle was nothing but ruins.
Highgarden, the Reach: 127 AC
"We're back!" Aelinor announced, entering the solar. Elys nodded curtly. "We have work to do." the older woman said.
"Yes we do." Aelinor agreed and threw up her most powerful privacy wards. "Now, dear, aunt, what do you know of magic?"
