She continued to sob against reece's chest, and he stroked her hair, trying to reassure her that everything was going to be okay, but was everything going to be okay? They had just gotten to a place where they were smiling and laughing once again, just for it all to be ripped away from them by one single building, a building where their daughter would've went in 2 years if she lived.

Marjorie heard reece start to sob too and they were holding each other, sat at their daughters grave, That one question that she had been thinking, came present once again, 'why us?' She wanted to know, Why them? she knew there wasn't a reason for it, how would there be? they didn't choose this, fate did. and oh how cruel was fate.

They didn't want it to always be like this, would it always be like this? where they finally feel like they were getting better just for it all to come crashing down and for them to be right back where they started, with their hearts broken and them sobbing like they were in so much pain but it was the truth, they were hurting, immensely.

It started raining, it felt as if though the small droplets that fell on them represented their pain, their heartache, it felt as if though the weather represented how hurt they were, how much they hurt, was it going to get better? or would it always be like this? would they always feel like this? Tired and broken, just utterly broken, it felt as if their hearts were being ripped out of their chest.

Reece carefully lifted marjorie up, they were both still crying but they had calmed down, she immediately curled into his chest wrapping her arms around his neck and crying into his chest, he felt his heart break once again as he heard her pain, he hated seeing her in so much pain and the fact he couldn't do anything about it, he wanted so badly just to take all her pain away, he could never bring himself to hate her.

Its just they both were so stressed and hurt, that they took it out in each other, he sighed stroking her waist and opening the passenger door off his car to sit her in it before going round to the drivers seat, it was time to go home and put themselves first for once - not the nursery - he gently placed his hand on her thigh stroking it as he started to drive them back to their shared house "I'm sorry gorgeous, I should've never shouted at you" That just made her sob more.

Her head was leant against the window as tears streamed down her face, he rubbed his thumb over her thigh trying to soothe her, he wanted nothing more to just hug her but he was driving, even with his touch, her sobs didn't quiten, instead they become louder, they were both in so much pain, they both hurt as much as the other, maybe they both weren't what they needed, maybe it was time to ask for help.
