P.S. Some of you may not like the last parts of the chapter. It contains slightly dark stuff. But, don't worry. Nothing bad.

"Abheer."
Abheer and Rakshita were in their room, exhausted after such a long night. Both mentally and physically.
Abheer turned his head towards his wife in confusion. He bobbed his head in question.
"Are you mad at me?"
"What? No of course, not. Why would you think so?"
"Because you screamed at me today when we were dancing. And honestly, I felt bad." Rakshita's eyes dropped down in sadness and she didn't meet Abheer's eyes.
Abheer felt a pang of guilt and walked up to his wife. He lifted her chin and forced her to meet his eyes. He stepped closer to and moved towards the left side of her face.
Rakshita's breath hitched and she stood unmoving.
He kisses her left cheek and mutters, "I'm sorry, my wife. I was pissed. My brain was fogged with drinks and I couldn't think straight. I thought that you would betray me and hurt me. You know na, I can accept cheaters in my life but not liars. I'm so so sorry. Forgive your husband, please."
He again kissed her right cheek.
Rakshita was scared. She has always observed between the brothers, that Abheer is the most observant one among them. He notices even the smallest and smallest of things and keeps track of them. She knew that seeing her brother and her whisper in the party, he already started doubting her. And she needs to do everything to stop him for investigating on the matter more. Otherwise, there would a huge chaos in both her life and revenge.
"I won't ever betray you ever."
Abheer let out 1000- watt smile and lifted his pinky finger.
"Promise?"
"Pakka promise."

"Now, will you talk?" Raima questioned Adhir. "Or do you need a bigger shock to open that mouth of yours."
Adhir glared at her nastily before turning his head back and walking into his closet.
"Ughhh.." screamed Raima. She was angry and sad because of this behaviour of her husband. Angry because she couldn't get any answers out of him about the truth. Sad. Exactly why was she sad? She had no idea.
She fisted the bed sheet in her hands before releasing them and walking towards the closet. As she was aware of the fact that Adhir was a rather forgetful person when it came to basic stuff like locking the door. She could guarantee that the closet door was unlocked.
She stepped towards the door and held the handle. What she was gonna do is going to be the biggest break for them throughout their relationship. But, she would do it if it meant that she could prove her Ruhi Ma truthful. With a deep breath, she twisted the handle and unlocked the door as expected.
Before she could see anything, a blood-curdling scream pierced her ears and she closed her ears instinctively.
"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?"
"Me? You're the one who forgets to lock the door every single time."
"SERIOUSLY? THAT'S YOUR EXCUSE."
