A knock at his door rouses Jisung from sleep.
"Who is it?" He asks groggily, sitting up and rubbing his eyes.
"It's me." Eun's voice reaches his ears. "The villain guy has been spotted at an old factory, so we are going to check it out. Be ready in 10." He walked away from the door, leaving his boyfriend to get up and ready.
Jisung heads to the bathroom after picking up some clothes. In the mirror he took off the butterfly tape and bandages from his injuries, seeing as they had healed enough to not need it. After getting changed into loose black jeans and a short sleeve shirt, since the forecast said it would be warm, he left for the kitchen, making and downing a cup of coffee just as Eun reappeared.
"Come on, we have to go before he disappears again." He rushed, leaving and walking to the car with the younger trailing behind. They drove to an old factory building with chipping bricks and overgrown bush everywhere.
They stepped out, wading through the sea of grass up to their waist. The elder drew his gun, holding at the ready as they neared the door, the other soon copying by bringing out his dagger.
Eun opened the door cautiously, stepping through into the dark area. Jisung entered behind, gasping at the run down indoors. There was no hallway or entryway, the front lead straight to old machinery and pipes everywhere. Stairs nearby led to the second story and a door opposite had a giant, new looking lock.
The elder turned to his boyfriend, holding out a small earpiece.
"Put this in your ear and contact me as soon as you see him. I'm going to check out the locked room and you can go upstairs." He says as the other takes the earpiece.
Jisung heads for the stairs, blade at the ready and senses alert. The old wooden stairs creek beneath his feet, surrounding him with an eerie feel. The boy got to the top, a loud gunshot from downstairs causing him to jump.
"You okay?" He says, holding down the button on the earpiece.
"Yeah, just breaking the lock." Eun replies as the younger continues on his path. The wooden deck surrounds the entire edge of the factory, a flimsy railing being the only thing protecting anyone from falling.
Jisung stops outside a random door, putting a hand on the railing and leaning on it to look over. He can see the now open door of the room the elder went into with the broken lock on the floor. The boy looks up, seeing wide metal pipes along the ceiling and trains going down to machinery, something glinting on the other side.
He leans slightly more, squinting to see what it is when he hears a crack. Jisung looks down long enough to see the banisters he is leaning on split and fall forward, him with it. He tries to let out a scream as he feels his body start to fall but a hand clamps over his mouth, another around his waist to pull him back.
Jisung is dragged into a room, the person behind him kicking the door closed. He is held in the middle of the room, trying to hit the person behind him when he hears a voice right next to his ear.
"It's just me sweetheart." A deep, whispering voice tells him, letting the boy go when he stops struggling. Jisung turns around to face Minho, blush heating up his face. To distract himself, he takes note of the small room with a desk of documents to the side and chair with as small table nearby.
The familiar voice brings him from his embarrassment at almost falling through the railing.
"What happened to your face and neck? You have cuts everywhere." The elder is staring at him with a curious and concerned gaze, head tilted to the side slightly. Jisung's hand flies to his cheek, fingers grazing over the healing gash.
