IT HAD BEEN TWO DAYS since I had hung out with Emily and Aaliyah. After Emily and I had made it up to the hotel room, it was a literal party. I'm not sure how they didn't get in trouble or even get a noise complaint but it was pretty wild. They basically had the whole team there. It was still a lot of space though. The hotel room was huge and it had other rooms connected to it.
I got so drunk that I barely even remember what had happened. I of course stayed the night with them because I may have been drunk but I wasn't drunk enough to not know I couldn't drive. Somehow I ended up in the bed with Emily when I woke up that morning. It was kind of awkward so I had sneak out.
Paige was suppose to be coming back to town today. I was excited to see her because I really hadn't seen her in so long. It felt like it had been years since I even touched her. It was true she had got better at communicating. It even got to the point she was telling me when she was going to the bathroom. She was definitely overstepping but I respected the hustle.
Solana and I weren't talking. Neither was Noelani and I. I'm sure Solana told her what I said and Lani started ignoring me around the house. I didn't really have anyone to talk to because Navae was always with Aubrey. They were back together. Shocker.
Solana was petty. She cooked breakfast for only her and Noelani. Brought home things from the store that she had brought..only for Noelani. I couldn't stand dealing with someone who was petty as me. I tried to think it over and ask myself was I in the wrong but I simply just wasn't. Maybe i've could've said it in a different way but maybe she could've did the same.
I was making my way into the gym. I was waiting to meet up with Cameron and Ivori again so we could restart exactly what we've been doing all week all over again. I sighed just at the thought but they definitely made it fun so I wasn't tripping that bad. Kurai was off today and I didn't have to worry about getting hammered with questions about Paige my whole shift.
I sat down on the sidelines, opening my phone and began scrolling through TikTok. I smiled, biting my lip, watching an edit of me. It felt good knowing that people took the time out of their day to make edits of me. It was an edit of me to Like That by Kendrick Lamar, Future and Metro Boomin. It was hard. It was my highlights of when I was playing for Uconn. I shook my head at the clip choices because majority of them showed me being angry.

Suddenly, I felt the presence of someone in front of me. I looked down at their old shoes and looked all the way up just to lock eyes with—Geno? I scrunched up my face at him because I was confused on why he was here. I was also surprised because I hadn't seen him in so long. "Hello, Inara." He had his hands in his pants pockets and he looked so serious, as always.
