The next day went pretty normal. Except for the crazy outburst of JJ with the gun everything was boring, I hadn't had the opportunity to speak with JJ, where did he get the gun by the way?

I was walking to our backyard when I saw Rose bursting into the house
"What happened?"
"Sarah's too wild recently" An stressed Rose said, putting her fingers in her scalp "Your boy is out there with the guys by the way" She said and went upstairs
"Congrats, pussy, you're officially her bitch" I heard Rafe saying to a pale Topper while Kelce was laughing
Apparently Sarah made a joke on them as always
"Officially, did you know that?. You're officially her bitch, all right?
"Is that so?" I asked appearing behind Rafe and taking him by the bicep
He jumped a little but gave me a smile as he saw me "Hey love" He said offering me what he was drinking, some type of alcohol apparently

"Sure" I said taking Rafe's hand and walking with him towards the now clean pool

"John B? He's a nice guy" I got chills just from remembering the event that took place last night "He's had a tough time since Big John disappeared though"
"Right, you know, Topper just told me something really interesting" I looked at him with questioning eyes "Well, first he implied that he had something to do about a gun thing I heard about from Kelce and Rafe and then he said that John B has been stealing gear from the Druthers"
"What?" JJ was known as the stealer one, not John B
"I was as surprised as you are, but I think I better confront him you know, ask him for the facts"
"Yeah, that's the best" I started to walk away when something came to my mind "You don't think he knows about the gold, do you?"
"I don't know really, after all, he's Big john's son" I just nodded my head and went to my room

"Hey bitch, wanna have a movie night?" Sarah's head popped into my door frame
"Hell yeah, but we're watching Mamma Mia first"
"Sure we are" she sat on my bed "Buut, we need to go buy something to eat while we watch it"
"Ugh, let me get my shoes and I'll drive us" I said while standing up
The drive to Hayward's was calmed, he always had the best munchies for the best prices and he was really nice to talk with, he thought I was the only kook worth from the island, since he knew I helped Pope studying and wanted to go to med school he would always chat with me.
We got our supplies and started walking back to the car when we saw John B walking towards us
I didn't say anything as we walked passed him but then I heard Sarah "Hey John B" he didn't answer so we stopped walking and looked around at him
"I'm- I'm sorry that's it?" he stopped walking and turned on his feet "Not a Hey, how you doin?" she smiled "Or kiss my ass?
Then from all of the sudden he quikly approached us "Your secret's save with me?" He said
"What secret are- Oh! That secret" Sarah realised as I just stared at those two who clearly had something going on
"I just got fired because of you, and I know you can't imagine that, but some people need jobs so that they can eat" John B said irritated as he got closer to Sarah and then he punched one of the bags of chips she was carrying
"What the fuck!?" we yelled at the same time and before we could say anything else he came back to us pointing at Sarah's face
"You are exactly who I thought you were, Sarah Cameron, and you" he pointed at me "Stop trying to be a part of us, stay away from the cut" I slapped away his pointing hand and after that he just walked away
"Asshole" I said while picking up the chips he threw
We went back to the car and I took advantage of the silence in it to ask Sarah about what happened
"So... the secret"
"I saw him borrowing without permission some gear from the Druthers and promised I wouldn't tell anyone" she said while she opened a bag of chips, taking some to her mouth
"And did you tell anyone?"
"No, that's why I didn't catch what he was talking about"
"And why did he need that by the way?"
"No idea, they're just weird, I mean they also happened to have a gun that same day"
"Yeah, fucking weird" I said looking at the front
Too many coincidences for one day.
