KRING! KRING! KRING!
I groaned as I reached out to the bedside table, trying to silence the annoying alarm. Opening my eyes, I sighed heavily.
I rolled out of bed lazily, not bothering to wake Milk. She's my classmate in architecture, but she's always running late.
So, why would I wait for her? Let her be! Haha
Last night was a wild party; I have no idea how I got home or what I did, but who cares?
This is a new day, a new start that I set up on myself. I don't want to fail again.
I made my way to the bathroom for a quick shower. The warm water helped wake me up a bit.
After drying my hair, I sat at the table to start my makeup, covering my eyebags with concelear.
I gently applied the lip balm to my lips, feeling its smooth texture. As I looked down, focusing on the sensation, I felt a strange sense of familiarity. The soft touch reminded me of something, but I couldn't quite place what it was.
I shook my head. Did something happen? Why couldn't I remember anything?
Nah! Maybe I just missed getting myself watered by a man. Should I go to the bar next Saturday?
I glanced at the clock and shit! I'm gonna be late!
I finished my makeup and then put on my dark brown varsity jacket, which had an architect logo and white sleeves. Underneath, I wore a white shirt and paired it with white trousers.
I looked around my apartment to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything before locking the door behind me. Satisfied, I headed out and went straight to the convenience store to buy some bread and water.
I waited patiently for the bus, and when it finally arrived, I climbed aboard.
My brows furrowed in confusion as people gave me strange looks.
Why are these people staring at me with those weird looks. What's wrong with them? Smile, Dunk, smile. Don't mind them.
I calmed myself and grabbed the handrail since there were no seats available.
Ten minutes of torture finally came to an end. As soon as the bus stopped, I quickly got off, eager to escape their prying eyes.
"Dunk, don't mind them. Just go to the school, and everything will be alright!"
I thought... But as soon as I entered the school gate, everyone seemed to stare at me, disgusted. What the heck?
Some even took out their phones to snap pictures and whispered to each other.
What's their problem? Did they just discover a handsome creature? HAHAHA!
But they didn't look mesmerized. They looked more like they had seen a celebrity with scandal.
Do I really smell that bad? Or do they somehow know I almost failed my semester? But why would they care? Maybe it's because of me and Khaotung?
Feeling defeated by their intense gazes, I lowered my head and hurriedly made my way towards my classroom.
That I also thought a safe place.
As soon as I stepped inside, a silence took over the room, and all eyes turned towards me, momentarily stopping whatever conversations or activities they were doing.
Nervously, I took my seat, aware of the murmurs and whispers around me. What's happening? What did I do wrong?
Did they just find out that Khaotung and I broke up? But why would they care about that?
