Ocarina of time

Zelda's perspective

There he was. I saw the farmer boy who worked at the shop with his uncle. He was carrying a basket of apples to a stand. He had long blonde hair and blue, shiny eyes. Impa, my bodyguard, was keeping an eye on me though. But an hour later, she fell asleep, and I quietly changed clothes and snuck out. I wanted to meet him. I ran toward the shop and saw him struggling with a bunch of customers yelling at him. He seemed very overwhelmed. Wanting to help, I yelled as loud as I could: “STOP, PLEASE!!”

Everyone stopped shouting and looked at me. Even the cute-I mean farmer boy! His bright and curious eyes locked onto mine, and time stopped. I saw him whisper quietly to me while he continued working. I watched in amazement as he finished with the customers and walked over to me.

When I saw him coming, my heart could not stop pounding. I began to sweat. “Hey. Thanks for helping me handle the customers. I don't know what I would have done without you. Who are you?” he asked.  I did not know what to say. I did not want to  say that I'm princess zelda. Not yet anyway. So I said “I could ask you the same question. W-who are y-you?”  I was very hesitant in asking. “My name is Link.” he said “lets hang out later ok?” he said. “Why not now? Are you free?” I asked “in fact, yes! I am free!” he said with excitement.

We played till my body guard snuck up behind me. “Princess Zelda…” I turned around to see Impa. She found me. But… how???? She told me I needed to return back to the castle. I went with her. When we got there, I envisioned Link in my mind. I think I have a crush. Does he like me back? What am I going to do? The constant thoughts pondered my mind until I eventually drifted off to sleep. That night, I had a dream. A man from the gerudo desert came to Hyrule and spoke to my father, pretending to be nice but he wanted to get the ocarina of time and the gems that opened the temple of time. Then I saw him. I was LInk. he is usually wearing old farmers clothes, but this time, he was in a green tunic with a green hat and brown boots. He also looked like an adult. A lot older. And in my body, I was older too. In this dream, Link saved Hyrule. But I also know that this dream was about to happen in real life.

When I woke up, I got changed and then went to the ocarina of time. I took it for safekeeping without my father knowing. He had a meeting today with someone named Ganondorf. I played the song of time, just in case I needed to teach it to Link. I told him by letter to meet me here. I sent it to his home. I hope he gets it.
