Link’s perspective.
It has been a few long days, and just let me say, I am exhausted! So I was on my way to the temple of time when this gerudo man came and ran me over with his horse. Epona ran away, and I was too weak at the time to get up. Then another horse ran to me. It was Zelda and her bodyguard, Impa. Zelda threw the ocarina of time at me and said “open the temple of time! Grab the sword that seals the darkness! I have faith in you!” they left and I was still weak. When I was finally strong enough to get up, my body was sore. Luckily, I did not have any major injuries. I ran over to the temple of time and played the song of time and placed the 3 gems inside of their slots and then the gates opened. I walked over to the legendary sword that seals the darkness. And grabbed it then blue light flowed over me
Zelda’s perspective
Link… I can sense it now… you are being put into a deep slumber until the sword feels you're ready to carry her heavy burden. I have faith. You will make it through this!
Impa took me to the Gerudo desert and rested in Gerudo town. The guards yelled at us “what is your business in Gerudo town?” I told Impa I wanted to do the talking and she agreed. “I am the princess of Hyrule, and the daughter of King Roam of Hyrule, Zelda! And I want a place for me and my bodyguard to stay overnight! Do you understand?”
“Oh! My apologies, princess. We can let you stay in the inn. They also have a nice relaxing spa! Would you like to try that? Our chief, Lord Ganondorf, is not here at the moment.” They said They introduced it to us. I was very tired, but felt like I failed as princess. Impa nodded which meant that I had permission to do it. I layed down on the bed and felt my eyelids getting heavier. When they did the massage, I was already asleep. “You seem so tense, princess. Let go of all your worries. It's ok, we are all vei here. (vei is Gerudo for women or female) no voe are permitted here so you’re safe. (voe is Gerudo for man, male.) sav’org!” (that's Gerudo for good night.)
In the morning some women said “sav’ota!” (that’s Gerudo for good morning) “vota.” I said in a groggy voice from what I could remember of the Gerudo language. We left Gerudo town and went back to Hyrule. It was all laid to ruin. I… failed.
