When I got back to my hometown, I met with everyone. My uncle, my friends. Everyone. I missed them so much! My friends hugged me and welcomed me back! But… I can’t stay. I need to leave to keep the ocarina safe. I need to wait. At least 7 years. I went home.
When I got home, my uncle bursted into tears. “Link? Is that you?” he asked. “Yes, uncle! It's me! But I can’t stay for long. Princess Zelda came to me and gave me something to keep watch of and away from evil.” I explained. “Oh… Link… I am going to miss you!” he exclaimed. “I raised you for 10 years!” I looked at him with a tear streaming down my eye and a smile. “And those 10 years really paid off uncle! Look what I have become! You raised a hero!” I assured him. He hugged me tightly and said “link… my brave boy… I love you so much!”
I feel bad leaving them again, but it's too dangerous. I am doing it for their own good. But I know someday, I will return!
