Hate

Top : both but mostly Chan

An argument broke out between Seungcheol and Chan. Up until then, everything had gone smoothly: the flight from Seoul to Paris, the arrival in the city, the whole afternoon at UNESCO headquarters, everything was going well. But why, once they'd arrived at the hotel, did everything explode between the two lovers ? Chan isn't normally the jealous, possessive type, and he's certainly not the type to doubt his boyfriend.

But today, after Joshua's speech at UNESCO, Chan was curious to know what the fans thought of all this, of the fact that them, the members of Seventeen, were ambassadors of youth in Paris, and the young man was deeply shocked and disappointed. The comments were all about one thing : the closeness between Seungcheol and Jeonghan.
And Chan hate it, some even asked if the two older ones weren't married, and the maknae felt even worse at the sight of this, he really hate this situation because in his eyes the only one who should marry Seungcheol is him and no one else, and certainly not Jeonghan.

However, the elder does nothing to reassure him, he simply says that he and Jeonghan can't be together, and he knows it, Chan really doesn't like that, really, if at the beginning of the relationship Seungcheol was as pleasant and reassuring as possible, now it's quite the opposite, he's elusive and very little there for his boyfriend, so inevitably Chan doubts. And Seungcheol feels his fears, and it pisses him off because he hate seeing Chan like this, he doesn't like seeing the person he loves doubting him at all.

After one last cry of pain, Chan says he hate Seungcheol and runs out of the room he shares with him, letting his tears run down his cheeks. Of course, some members heard all this, including Joshua, who was in the next room, When he heard his maknae's screams of pain and distress, and then the door slamming, his instinct as the oldest and, above all, protective big brother was awakened, and he told Jeonghan that he was leaving to join Chan, since they were in a town they didn't know very well, and he didn't want the youngest to get lost.

The blond man nodded as he got up from the sofa, placed a small kiss on his lover's forehead and smiled at him, then let go. Joshua smiled sadly back at his lover and then left, in the hotel corridor the American saw Vernon accompanied by Soonyoung, the two youngest wondering what was going on because like many they heard Chan and Seungcheol's screams. Joshua simply replied that the Twitter comments were very concentrated around Jeonghan and Seungcheol and that must have wiped out the maknae.

Soonyoung doesn't understand because Chan isn't the type to get jealous and he never doubts Seungcheol's feelings for him, and Vernon says he doesn't understand because Chan isn't the type to get upset like that, especially not in an environment different from their own, Joshua simply shrugs and then sees Chan in the distance, tears streaming down his face, his body shaking, staggering and wobbling in all directions.

Joshua, worried about him, immediately went over to him, and when he reached his level, Chan literally let himself fall into his eldest's arms, which caught him and cuddled him tenderly, The maknae sighed audibly and all his inner pain and frustration was released. He told Joshua that he wanted to go outside, to get some fresh air, and the elder obviously agreed. He lets go of his friend and the latter smiles at his elder before taking the path in the opposite direction to go outside.
