Chan is gathered at his late father's grave. Honestly, he could never have imagined it would end like this, but there he is, on this first of November, both knees on the gravel, caressing with his fingertips the tombstone of the man he cherishes most. All was going well, but it took just one thing for everything to change, that evening with a tragic outcome, an argument that led to revelations and a fatal accident. Chan would never have thought it possible, certainly not with his parents, and yet this is reality.

Chan's boyfriend Seungcheol is right behind him, giving him the time and space he needs, keeping a respectable distance and silently observing the situation. Seeing his lover in this condition breaks him inside, but he obviously respects Chan's need for time.

" Chan-ah.."

The young man looks up and sees his cousin accompanied by his boyfriend, instinctively Chan stands up and dives into his elder's arms, until now no tears were streaming down his face but now all his salty pearls are leaving his body, Jungkook his elder strokes his back affectionately and smiles sadly at Seungcheol.

Chan's mother was about to speak again, but the young boy decided to free himself from his boyfriend's arms and run away. A few years later she met another man, and realized that her brother-in-law was her first love. She wondered about her son, but his father forbade her to raise anything or go near Jungkook.

It was hard, but her life became complete again when she got pregnant again, this time she felt ready to raise a child, so by her husband's side she raised Chan, never thinking that the truth of the whole story would come out one day, but after a heavy argument with her husband, the truth exploded and the family man, too shocked to learn, stormed out of the family home, crossed the road without looking, head down, and was hit by a car, his chances of survival too slim, the man succumbed to his injuries and plunged into eternal sleep.
