Jace and Doby continued their relationship despite the challenges they faced. Jace was getting busier with his solo projects and upcoming series, leaving him with fewer chances to spend time with Doby. On top of that, they couldn’t even meet in public, making things even more difficult.
Meanwhile, Doby was also stepping into new opportunities. He was excited about his latest project and looking forward to meeting new people.
"I need to travel abroad for a fan meeting,"
Doby said, sharing his upcoming schedule.Jace sighed.
"Next month is going to be really hectic for me too. I have to attend a workshop for my new series."
Doby chuckled,
"Yeah, I saw that coming! Luckily, I'm done with mine, so at least I'll have some time to meet you once in a while."
Jace reached out, held Doby’s face, and pulled him into a deep kiss.
"Hey! Stop it, Jace! We're right in front of my house,"
Doby whispered, glancing around nervously. Jace smirked.
"Don't worry, I already checked. No one's around."
Doby couldn’t help but smile. He let Jace kiss him again, knowing how much they both missed each other. With their busy schedules, they barely had time to be together, and every moment they shared felt even more precious.After a brief pause.
"Dob, what if we weren’t celebrities? Do you think we could date openly?"
Doby thought for a moment before answering.
"Maybe yes."
Being famous came with its price. Privacy was nearly impossible, and fans were always the top priority. Dating as a public figure wasn’t easy, and sometimes, it felt like a luxury they couldn’t afford. But despite everything, they were willing to make it work.
JNN Studio.
"Doby, have you seen Jace?"
"Not yet,"
Doby replied.
"Do you know the good news?"
"Good news?"
Doby asked, looking curious.
"Jace's family has decided to stay in Thailand for good!"
"Oh really? That’s great news! I’m happy for him. At least now, he won’t feel lonely all the time or complain to me about needing someone to sleep over with him,"
Doby said with a small chuckle. Pierre smirked.
"As if you actually ever agree to sleep over with him, Dob."
Doby felt a pang of guilt. He always found ways to avoid spending the night at Jace’s place, even though he cared about him a lot.
"Ahmnn... Let’s go, Pierre. I’m hungry,"
Doby quickly changed the topic. Pierre raised an eyebrow.
"Ohhh, you always change the subject whenever I bring up you and Jace... Just tell me, what’s really going on between the two of you?"
"Huh? Nothing,"
Doby answered quickly.
"Come on, please! Is Jace really hitting on you?"
"Bla bla bla... I can’t hear you!"
Doby said playfully, covering his ears as he walked ahead.
"Doby, wait!"
