Third person POV
During Sunday morning, Shinyu did his best to convince Youngjae to talk to the others. Sure, it would feel embarrassing, but Shinyu knew Youngjae wouldn't ruin their friendship over something like this.
"Fine. But one condition." Youngjae gives in.
"If it's for me to talk to Eunha for you, then no."
"NO, I just want a movie night. Monday evening. Please? With everyone." Youngjae pleads anxiously. It would be awkward if they made up and didn't hang out at all.
"I'll try asking, only after you talk with Jihoon."
-----------------
The two agreed to meet up at their favorite cafe, Sai Cafe.
Youngjae sips his drink, leg bouncing up and down vigorously. He wasn't sure how the younger would react. Would he forgive him easily?
A figure walks into the cafe towards the boy, sitting down quietly. With his head down, Youngjae didn't realize Jihoon had already sat down in front.
"Hyung, if you're going to sit and look down without talking then I might as well leave." Jihoon says when he notices the elder staring blankly.
"Huh? Oh Jihoon....I'm sorry I didn't see you there and I'm also sorry for what happened. I-I just I'm sorry. I was angry and lashed out on you. I'm very thankful that you tried to help me through these years. I just, was tired, and let everything out on you. I didn't mean it. I promise." Youngjae stutters through his words, fiddling with his fingers nervously.
Jihoon sits there, unsure of what to say too. He tries to form sentences in his head but when he opens his mouth, all his drafts disappear.
"I'm sorry too hyung. At that moment i just didn't understand anything. I didn't know why you were acting that way...But um after thinking about it, well I would be like you. I'm sorry..."
They sat in an uncomfortable silence. A silence they haven't experienced in a whole while.
"Hey, um, remember when you said you talked to Eunha the say we fought?"
"Yeah, why? Oh noona would definitely not forgive you easily hyung." Jihoon laughs, remembering how furious Eunha was at their lunch table, rambling on how Youngjae didn't even bat an eye but talked to Heejin. Anyone could tell she was jealous.
"She didn't seem to remember anything from the night before right? Like anything?" If Eunha had found out they kissed that night and then all of a sudden get ignored by that same boy. She would be lit into flames. Oh she would be worse than a volcano.
"No? She only said she got drunk and you told her she started talking about Spiderman so you brought her to sleep. Why? Are you afraid she might remember something she shouldn't?" Jihoon says teasingly, getting invested in the conversation.
"N-No. I just was curious for no reason." Youngjae looks out the window, leaving Jihoon smiling.
"Hyung, I know we haven't talked for two whole weeks but that doesn't mean I can't tell when you're lying. You're practically my biological brother." Jihoon leans closer to Youngjae. "Come on hyunggg, what happened that night??"
That's how Youngjae ended up telling Jihoon everything that happened that day. Including their kiss.
"HYUNG YOU KISSED?!??! WHAT?!?! HYUNG??" Jihoon exaggerates, not believing his ears. "HYUNG YOU HAD YOUR FIRST KISS AT AGE NINETEEN"
"Is that a compliment?"

FanfictionKim Eunha usually lets fate guide her love life, but will putting a little effort be that bad? (the title really doesn't reflect on the plot itself!)
