Youngjae's POV
Monday's classes are cancelled. What a coincidence. Last night, I was thinking so hard on how to talk to Eunha during class. I guess I'll have to talk to her this evening if she even comes.
Jihoon and the others are supoosed to arrive soon. Should I pick a movie right now? No, they would argue to death. Maybe cook something? They would rather have take out today. Plus, not enough time.
Just when I was going to wash my face, Shinyu hyung walks in with four others
"Dohoon and Hana went to get Eunha. Aren't you guys in the same class?" Shinyu asks before I could say anything. He puts down some snacks they probably grabbed on the way here
"Oh our classes were cancelled today" Maybe I'll eat some bread. Eunha likes bread...
"What do you guys want to watch? Wait we should watch horror!" Jihoon suggests. Oh hell no. I would embarrass myself, even Shinyu hyung wouldn't give in.
"NO-" Me and Shinyu shouted at the same time but was cut off by the doorbell ringing.
"It must be Eunha noona!" Hanjin shouts.
I walk to the door hearing some commotion outside.
"I did not! want to be here." That must be Eunha. She was definitely pulled from her bed.
"It's not like you'll avoid him forever." Just by that sentence. That has to be Dohoon. They're like enemies forced to be together.
I open the door and see the three of them standing awkwardly. Eunha is wearing my shirt... I smiled to myself, wondering if she noticed.
Third person POV
Youngjae let the trio in, standing there trying to get back to his senses. He is on good terms with everyone except Eunha and so far has no idea how to talk to the girl.
"No. You and that boy right there has to talk. No one says no." Hana's stern voice woke Youngjae up. What did she say? He walks to where the others are, met with Dohoon's hands pushing him and Eunha into the bedroom. The door locks from the inside but Dohoon placed some chairs to make the door stay closed.
The room became awkward. The two didn't know who should start first, trying to form their own sentences in their minds.
"I want to get out of this room a s a p so please just explain why the fuck you ignored me for two weeks straight." Eunha unfolds her arm, taking a seat on the corner of his bed.
"I-I'm sorry. I um had a big argument with Jihoon and it just turned out like that."
"So the reason you ignored me? I could've at least help!"
"You helping me would only make it awkward between you and the others! I thought that if I was the only one distancing then it wouldn't be that bad."
"Okay fine thanks for that but I still don't see why you guys had to separate like that? It was an argument so what?"
"Eunha... please? I'm not that comfortable talking about it right now."
"Fine, but I still won't talk to you, serves you right." Eunha says playfully, folding her arms to stand up and knock the door.
"IF YOU GUYS DONT OPEN THIS DOOR WITHIN 10 SECONDS ILL GO BACK TO MY ROOM." Then the door opened immediately.
"I guess she forgives easily?" Youngjae mumbles to himself, aware that she used a playful tone at the end. Oh how Eunha should've listened to Dohoon when he said Youngjae could be flirty, because whatever he is planning would make Eunha reconsider her whole life.
-----------
Eight teenagers sit on the tiny couch Youngjae has in his room. They fit there perfectly and with the 'Jaeha Operation' going on, it was no doubt that they were forced to sit together.
As requested, they are currently watching a horror movie, munching on some chicken they bought from takeout.
Youngjae, one of the scaredy-cat, would want to use this opportunity to carry his plan but the constant jumpscares weren't on his side. He crunches himself into a ball and covers his whole face with his hands. Youngjae would want to interact with Eunha somehow but he really didn't want to bother her.
This changed when he notices Eunha falling asleep. Youngjae slowly and carefully grabbed her hands and moved closer towards the girl. She stuck with her promise to not talk to the boy, glaring at him instead.
"Eunha-a, can you really not forgive me? Please~ just-WHY IS THERE A JUMPSCARE EVERY FIVE SECONDS" Youngaje whisper-screams, his head hiding behind Eunha. Even without paying attention to the scene itself, the sudden sound effects from the movie caught him by surprise. It left a small laugh from Eunha, not believing the boy who sat next to her.
Youngjae stayed there, not wanting to move one bit, afraid of the contents playing on the screen.
Hiding underneath their shared blanket was Youngjae and Eunha's clasped hands that even the two forgot about. Well not Youngjae. He knew damn right that Eunha wasn't letting go yet and probably even forgot about it. He took her lost memory to an advantage and left their interaction like that.
'So she still likes skinship?' Youngjae thought.
Eunha feels a momentary coldness from Youngjae's hand leaving hers. It made her realize that she forgot about him holding her hands.
The thought didn't run for long when Youngjae snakes his arms around the girl, his head still against the couch. No one knew he was hugging her, all their attention focused on the TV.
"I'm gonna go to sleep. Can you wake me up when the movie ends?" Youngjae responds when her whole expression screamed 'What the hell are you doing'
She had no way of rejecting him because, one, she did NOT want to utter a word to him and two, his arms were too strong for her to break her way out without catching any attention.

Update!
lemme just explain how Youngjae's dorm looks okk. The small kitchen / dining counter is behind the couch and his bedroom is to the room to the right of the couch. So if someone goes to the kitchen then the others wont see them bc they're watching the TV 🙈🙈🙈
