I found an apartment close to the college and they let be have a break on the rent and security deposit. A long list of rules were given to me. We went over and looked for any issues with the apartment and recorded them and they fixed them and we recorded where they fixed them. They let me move in after they fixed the issues. The psychiatrist said it was time I grew up. She didn't go easy on my family about how they were the reason why I was a spoiled brat who thinks she can just do what she wants to others without any guilt or punishment legally. Anastasia could have easily had me arrested along with Jeremy but she allowed our parents to punish us and they definitely have punished me, Jeremy is at military training and he has to get through it to keep his inheritance. I got lucky and got his apartment by college. I had to clean it up if I wanted to move in right away. I was going to get a discount on the security deposit. I called Elliott to do the repairs after getting the apartment owners permission to have him come in. The owner was going to knock off more if he did the repairs and upgrades of the security cameras in the building. Christian insisted that this happen and he paid for everything. It was his idea and Jason insisted on it. So I got three months free rent and no security deposit. I had to pay for electricity, trash, internet, no cable tv and I had to get a parking sticker and keep it updated. There was a key fee of 50.00 and I had to separate trash into recyclables hazardous waste like batteries and chemicals. There is a list.

I hated the apartment and thought it needed cleaned by biohazard team. She was determined to get it cleaned. I can't see how Jeremy or anyone lived in this pigsty. I took her to buy cleaning supplies after she negotiated with the owner of the apartment. Elliott and Christian sent people to look over the place and worked out deals to repair things in the apartment and set up security cameras everywhere. I told them not to go overboard and to make sure she did the cleaning. I left for an emergency call and she got busy using the cleaning supplies.

The plumbing was a huge mess and the floors needed replaced. The doors and windows had to be replaced and we put in an alarm system tied to the security cameras. Barney synced everything up to GEH security. We replaced the smoke alarms with different carbon monoxide alarms with cameras built in and sensors that sent signals to GEH as well.

Mom told us not to help Mia clean the place up, but we had to call cleaners so we could see what we were dealing with and soon we had people talking to the owner and he came by to look at the damage that needed to be repaired. There was 10,000.00 worth of damage done to the place. It took 5000.00 off the rent which was ten months rent. The 5,000.00 he was suing Jeremy's parents for. Good luck with that. If he won the money he would put the 5,000.00 towards ten more months. He knocked six months more off for setting up the security cameras and an office for the security monitors and recorders.

We had to get the plumbing, electrical, doors and windows all fixed. We replaced all the appliance because they were fire hazards. By the time we were done Mia was given two years free rent. She still had to pay for the utilities, internet, trash disposal parking sticker and visitors sticker was extra and was a hundred dollars monthly. Of course food was needed and that was expensive. It had a washing machine and dryer hook up so as a Christmas present I bought them and set them up. Mom would be very angry at me for doing this. I took photos of the place to show what it looked like after we got everything done and before we moved all her things into the apartment. We got tons of before pictures and after pictures. We had the owner sign off on what it looked like before we did anything and after we got it to a lot better shape. He only gave Mia two years free rent. He hated doing that, but he agreed before we did the work.

I had to pack everything up and move things in by myself except the heavy furniture. My parents had someone move the furniture to the apartment. Finally a grocery delivery and kitchen supplies were delivered as a gift from mom and dad. I finally started my job and got my essays written and needed a printer. I found a used one at a second store. They sold printer ink as well. I had to get someone to help me set it up so I called Barney and he finally arrived at 7 pm and had it hooked up in ten minutes after updating software drivers on my laptop. He told me the printer was very old and hopefully they still have ink for it somewhere. He told me to call him if it failed and he would bring a GEH outdated printer that was a lot newer than this one.

Barney
I was surprised to get a call from Mia to help her get an antiquated printer set up. I told her that it was so old that they might not gave ink around for it anymore. I think I will get her one of the printers we replaced to her along with a few printer cartridges. They were slated to be donated anyway why not donate one to mr Grey's sister. I got one and called her and asked her if she would like to have it and she said yes. We made arrangements to meet at her apartment.
