I have learned from my sons paranoia that security and hidden security helps when you have snakes in the grass. And let's face it attorneys don't have the best track record when it comes to law and I have had to fire a few before and now I have to see if I need to fire one of my long standing associates after today. I decide to order and audit of the Steele accounts. I explain it has to be done quietly and quickly. I call Christian and ask to have Welch call me back. All this subterfuge took place while I was on vacation. I have had account thieves before, but not for an account this big. I brought it in as a fledgling firm and hired as I went, but this account has always been smooth sailing. We ran audits every year and everything came up good until now. I have Welch run something's and come and set up some undercover surveillance on Rogers. I need his computers looked into. All of them.

I finally got paid from the Steele estate. I have billed them through a billing company I setup a long time ago. I go meet any clients off book. I keep my billable up at Grey and associates. I bill the bigger clients under my own billing company. It is a shell company and the monies collected are buried deeply in other shell companies I own. But they are untraceable. Ray Steele caught onto this just before Hyde killed him and his wife. I guessed he did it but couldn't prove it. I have been doing this for a while. I am about to liquidate and leave for places I can't be extradited from. Hyde forced my hand on the deaths of Steele's grandparents. He also forced the issue on the carbon monoxide emitters. But the idiot put in for expense on the household accounts as well. He has been double dipping. So now he has me by the short and curlees. So I am about to pack up and leave him holding the bags. I took today off and emptying all my accounts and transferring everything over. I am taking a bus out of town and heading east and grabbing my fake passport and documents from the locker at the station. My new name is Ray Steele. Irony is amazing.

I have tried to get hold of Archie but it keeps going to voice mail. The accounts are way out of whack. A couple of million is missing buried in ten different accounts all stating expenses. I ordered a hold on the accounts until everything is audited. Carrick finally called back and he told me Archie was never my family's attorney. He said he had no idea both my parents and grandparents had died. He said that they have ordered an audit of all Archies accounts. Archie hasn't been available at all. Now I am very worried. I go to my bank and prevent any payments to Archie. I then take all the documents he created to Carrick. I tell Sawyer to pay everyone through my personal accounts until we get this fixed. Have to keep staff happy. With Hyde dead we hired a new recruit. But we are still finding odd amounts and expenditures, but not all were Hyde. Some were payments to different billing companies. The amounts are growing. The bill is innocuous and no answers to our calls.

Man I deserve a raise, she got her voice back when she saw the accounts. Granted she has the cash, but she is frugal when it comes to herself. Our salary is very nice. But she has me triple playing. Reynolds went with her today,

I stopped the millions being paid, they hadn't cashed the checks yet. I tell them they need to arrest whomever tries to cash them. I was in the hospital when they were written out. I proved I was comatose. So they put a stop payment and an alert to call the police. The company was not one I ever had dealings with us why it plus the millions in checks written to them.

I walk in and ask to deposit the three over a million dollar checks into the company accounts. I am told to wait a moment for the manager. He is new and has asked to meet the customers who make sizable deposits. I am asked if I would like some coffee before he comes out.

I have been told that this account and these checks are not authorized by the owner of the accounts. I am to delay the person having them wait as long as possible. My manager has been alerted by silent alert from my desk. So I ask to get him something to drink saying the manager is processing a loan and will be out soon.

Manager Vanessa Grimes
I know this guy and had bad vibes from day one. He created three accounts here all different companies. I knew I should check him out. But he hadn't really done anything to cause issue until today. He doesn't recall who I am. I was fired by him after questioning an expense for a clients bill. I am just glad I am here to see him in handcuffs. The cops are entering as I am heading towards him. I point him out and they take the checks from him and he looks mad. I know the Steele's and the daughter and grandparents and they never write checks this big for attorneys fees. He has no idea who I am yet. I call Ana and tell her we have her checks and the attorney is in custody.

Attorney? An attorney? Who is it?

Archie Rogers, I am freezing his accounts until we get an audit completed. You need to do the same. I thought Carrick Grey was your family

I never spoke about attorneys with them, so when Archie said he was the family attorney at my grandparents funeral I believed him. I mean who does that if they aren't. Now I know thieving attorneys do it. Thanks, what do I need to do to get this ball rolling?

I need you to come to my branch and sign for the audits.

I am close now. I walk in and kick Archie in the balls as he is being taken out. The cops pick him up and drag him out whimpering in pain. I sign after reading and getting copies of everything. They have to use the checks as evidence, but voided them and wrote fraud evidence. Hyde's body is still unclaimed. At first I was thinking of sending Archie to check out Hyde's things. Sawyers recommendation is that he take the new recruit Sarah Jennings to help him look around. He told me in private his concerns about Hyde and Archie.
