I found the land for several four neighborhoods to be built. Anastasia handed me a check for 300 million dollars that was given to her by Richard Lincoln because of his ex wife and so called daughters. She decided to help out people who needed homes. So she contacted me about it. It is meant to be done anonymously. Maribelle and her cousins have started researching for people who are desperately in need of these homes. We aren't advertising any of this to the public. Mom and dad know about this because both of them have came into contact with needy families and they have lists as well. They are working with Maribelle to find people to donate furnishings and appliances as well. They will be recognized when the homes are occupied. Kate will run the story at that point.

The list is huge and there are only so many homes. We will decide when everything is built. Each home will be assigned to fit the families needs. There are handicapped enabled homes. Barney helped create some unique homes for them. Elliott brought in several handicapped people to assist with the designs as well. All signed NDA's to prevent any information hitting the news and start people clamoring to be placed on the lists. So far so good and the excitement is building. We have great news Anastasia is pregnant and Christian is treating her like a delicate flower. She's been grounded and Kate has hired other pilots and found some good mix of women and men to be trained.

It amazes me that every time Anastasia gets a big amount of money she uses it to help others. It's like it falls in her lap and she puts it to good use by helping people out. The Lincoln's life insurance money really did wonders. They had everyone in the homes by Christmas and they bought presents for all the families and decorated the places for Christmas. It was a beautiful gift for all those families. Over a hundred homes were handed over and all the families finally had a warm home and everything they needed. We made sure they had food clothing and whatever they needed supply wise. The Steele family were killed and Anastasia nearly died at the hand of one of her security personnel. As the sole survivor of the Steele family she inherited billions but you wouldn't know it from her thrift store shopping sprees. She apparently donates a lot of the things she gets to people who need it. I think Mia didn't know what to think when she went with Anastasia, Grace, Kate and Gail on a huge shopping spree throughout Seattle. I think the suv with security teams in front and behind them drew more attention than the suv. All were told to dress in old clothing that they would do yard work in. Grace got photos of before and after the shopping spree. Mia never went back. What might have costs thousands of dollars they got for 1500 dollars. It was all distributed at a homeless shelter.

Anastasia worries me when she goes on her thrift store shopping sprees. I know it is for a good cause but it scares me. She has mom going with her and Gail too. Kate is used to going with her. She discussed changing the cars the security guards are driving but I explained they are special ordered and I replaced her minivan with a special order bulletproof and souped up engines and special suspension to accommodate high speed chases or crashes. Better safe than sorry and her driver has special training in avoiding attacks on the roads.

Mia
After the shopping spree spearheaded by Anastasia I decided to never go with her again. Thrift stores are not my thing. Mom has lost her mind, she doesn't need to buy from thrift stores. Anastasia is married to a billionaire who can buy her anything she wants. She doesn't use his money at all. She has her own black Amex card and I have seen it. Even Kate has one as well. I know she works for several of the Steele companies in a Vp position. Barney apparently brings in a lot of money from working at GEH along with his inventions. He asked me out when he turned 18 but I just couldn't see myself with a computer nerd. He has changed from the guy with glasses and dressing in T-shirts. He changed his look and soon after he started wearing tailored suits and designer shoes and had laser surgery on his eyes. He started getting asked out. He turned me down because I didn't see the diamond in the rough. I was stunned that he and Kate married. He paid a million dollars for their wedding rings and the engagement ring. I know what it costs for their wedding. He might not have had family but he had a foster parent who was part of the wedding party. Kate was given carte blanche and I was hired and given a nice gratuity along with all my servers. Now I would love to find someone like that. Christian won't introduce me to anyone he knows with money. He told me that he knows my penchant for spending and he wouldn't wish that on anyone and wants to keep his friends and business associates. Elliott said the same thing verbatim. I was dragged to the events giving the homes to the families they were created for. Mom wanted me to see what charity is all about and see the emotions of the families who were gifted the homes out of the heartfelt generosity of an anonymous donor. More than a hundred homes were built and given away two weeks before Christmas. Elliott was the contractor, Barney helped design the homes as smart homes. Each neighborhood had its own unique style and close to everyone. Dad told me he would like me to succeed in my career of cooking but to remember to count my blessings and give back what I can when I can.
