With everything getting completed by dad and several attorneys and a group of accountants and appraisers. Everything has been turned over and placed in my name. There are things I have to decide and I need guidance on it all. Dad is the only person I can trust to help me get through the process of all this, if he doesn't know he finds it out. He told me that I could go ahead with my plans to help others. I spoke to Elliott and Christian about a location that I could set up a facility to help the poor. Lucky me they both had a building that they hadn't decided what to do with. They were within a block of each other. Elliott had done all the research into what it was going to take on updating everything in each building. So he and Christian took me through the buildings and explained what could be done to them and the land they were on to make them ready to equip with whatever needed to be what I wanted them to be. They sold the buildings to me for a dollar each. It was their donation to my charity.

Mia involved me in her plans to set up a free medical clinic and an education and childcare center. We had to get permits and equipment and people willing to help at the places. Maribelle was thrilled about it and she has lists of volunteers lining up to help out. Apparently Thomas Sawyer has asked her to marry him and she accepted it and they are going to marry at the courthouse. Her cousins were already married to ladies who were clients at one time. I was shocked to know Thomas was even dating anyone, they sure kept it under wraps well, but most of her job requires her to keep things secret. Brooks is really getting close to Mia, I just hope he is seeing the real Mia and not the twin of Maya. I then saw something that made me smile and know he was not mixing his feelings up for Mia with lingering feelings for his dead wife. It made me know that Mia found her someone that would be by her side forever.

I finally kissed Mia and I think she was shocked, but I told her I wasn't kissing Maya's twin but Mia someone who has became a better person right before my eyes. She kissed me back and we looked at the heavens as a shooting star crossed the sky. It was amazing how that happened. In my heart I was meant to find Mia after Maya died. There was not much left of Maya and they cremated her remains. It was a very bad year that year and I saw the news of the Steele deaths and then Hyde trying to kill Anastasia. If I hadn't been unable to leave my commitment I would have been here for Anastasia. I might have been able to stop Hyde. At least I helped save her sister in law. I am keeping things straight in my mind about Mia not being Maya. Mia is really doing good with her inheritance and she has had people from GEH go look at her companies and Christian made a deal with her and sent a management team to assess both companies and had audits ran as well. His dad and his attorneys sat down and discussed how to handle his people going in and overseeing the companies to assure Mia's best interest are being looked out for. It will take a long while and they are sending the share of profits to Mia now. I had the wedding rings and the engagement ring all repaired and cleaned and then sized to fit Mia. I knew when I saw Mia it was a sign that I was meant to be in Mia's life for good because I could save Mia but couldn't save Maya. It was by sheer luck I answered Anastasia's call that day and I had all the resources to save Mia. A new door was opened after the other door was slammed close in my face.

Things started running smoothly at Mia's companies and the new management oversight board monitors everything each company does and looks out for Mia's best interest. The buildings are now being used rather than sitting empty. It took a long time to get things moving. Elliott and I tried to be hands off and we finally sat back and let mom, Anastasia, Mia, Maribelle all come together and assess what Mia wanted and what she could do legally.

Elliott
Dana has married Eric Kavanagh and I never knew we broke up. We never called each other or even spoke with each other and I found out when she showed up as one of the volunteer doctors and on Eric's arm. Apparently they got married in New York. Everything was going well until I saw them. I excused myself and left, well tried to leave but mom and dad stopped me. Mom told me that I should have called her, but since I didn't I must face the fact she moved on. I went back inside and soon it was over and I am facing the other grand opening of the educational center and apartment complex complete with a childcare center for the poor. It of course doesn't say poor. Mia has named it after Maya and her parents.

Christian
Anastasia is three months pregnant with Madison Rose and Carla Elouise Grey and has finally been able to rest after chasing our boys to get them dressed in their suits. Miniature versions of me and my suit. Mom is showing them off and so is dad. Mia is finally noticing us while holding Brooks hand. They are getting married soon and I was shocked to hear it is going to be a very simple wedding. She really has changed. Both Brooks and her live a very simple lifestyle and he has transferred to Seattle to be with her. I still don't know exactly what he does and Anastasia told me it's better not to know what he does and it's safer that way.
