Lucinda's POV
I should make breakfast for Melissa, she's been making it for me recently and I'm finally up before her. Let's see what to make... Ooh! Pancakes I know she loves those. I'll pull up a recipe-
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 egg
Great, we already have all the ingredients here, just a bit of this and a bit of that.. And done! I'm so glad to have my magic, its makes a cooking a whole lot easier ehe. Now to prepare the dish, hmm there's a metal cover right there, if I use it I can surprise her with the pancakes. Time to get these to her room.
Melissa's POV
"Good morning cutie, I made you breakfast!" A beautiful voice said as I awoke. Ahhh! It's Lucinda!!
"Are those pancakes you made me? They totally are ahhhhhhh ohmyirene iloveyousomuch," I exclaimed as her turned slightly pink.
"Aww, it was supposed to be a surprise, how'd you even know?"
"My nose is a lot better than a human's nose, I could smell them from a mile away. I still really appreciate it though, thank you so much Luci."
"No problem, it only felt right since you've been doing this for me for a couple days. Wanna spend the morning in bed?" I knew she was tired, she usually woke up at 11am earliest and it was 8am.
"I would love to, and I've been meaning to ask you something. Would you like to go to The Pearl with me tonight? I would like to spend some time.. alone," I say trying to be slightly seductive. It seemed to have worked, her face grew redder.
"O-of course! That sounds amazing, definitely not tired anymore hehe."
Tonight is the night I ask, we'll finally be official.
Aaron's POV
"Aph! Lucinda and Melissa are going on a date tonight, we have to see how it goes," I scream running up to Aph.
"We shouldn't interfere with their date. Eh- never mind, who cares about being reasonable, they stalk us all the time it's our turn to do the same. Did Melissa tell you they were going?"
"Aha- no... I might've been eavesdropping through her door," I say ashamed.
"Well, we gotta be extra sneaky then.. LET'S GET DISQUISES"
She's so cute when she's excited.
*Time skip to evening*
Lucinda's POV
What to wear.. Ooh this looks cute! I grab a black dress with white polka-dots, it has an open back and stomach. I can't believe Melissa asked me on the date, I haven't been this nervous and excited at the same time in a while. AH- I'm going to be late, I need to go now. Better run!
"What can I do for you today miss?" the waiter asked.
"I have a reservation, should be for Melissa."
"Right this way then."
I saw Melissa in a stunning sparkling red dress, I felt myself blushing again. I saw her blushing too.
"Heyy beautiful, whatcha wanna eat?"
"Hmm, the seafood here looks great! Wanna order an assortment of everything?"
"I'm down for that, lemme call a waiter."
*Montage of eating and Aph/Aaron spying on them*
"H-hey Luci, I've had a great time with you this past week and I was just wondering.. Wanna be my girlfriend?"
Oh my Irene, did she just ask me to be her girlfriend? Of course I want to be, I'm madly blushing again aren't I.
"Yes! A thousand times yes, I was hoping you'd ask, I-"
I got cut off by a passionate kiss, I fell into her arms, it felt like I was melting.
Melissa's POV
"I'm sorry was that too forward? I just couldn't hold back any longer. I love you Lucinda."
"I-I love you too. Thank you for tonight, no need to apologize that kiss was.. nice. To be honest, I've never felt this way before so this is all new to me," Lucinda says rather cutely.
"This is my first time dating a human so this is pretty new to me too.. My dad only let me date werewolves even though we were disguising as humans. He said it was for our future compatibility, everyone thought I had a fetish for werewolves since they thought I was human. I know Aaron got it much worse, not being allowed to even have friends, but dad was pretty strict with me too. I only could date werewolves he approved and I wasn't allowed to tell them I was actually a werewolf too. One time I let it slip that I was actually a werewolf and my dad made my girlfriend at the time sign an NDA, she got freaked out by that and left.. I'm glad my dad has let loose now, but please understand if I do something that's not acceptable for humans it's just that I've never had experience dating one. Do not be scared to let me know if I do anything wrong."
"I'm sorry you had to go through that, I promise I'll make you feel as comfortable as possible. Tell me if I do anything wrong too, I've only dated one guy before and he was a wizard.. Let's just say it wasn't a good experience," Lucinda responded with a saddened tone.
"No use sulking over our pasts now! Let's enjoy our night, want to go to the beach club?" I asked trying to lighten the mood a bit.
"Sounds great, let's go!"
Katelyn's POV
"Travis you really didn't have to take me out tonight, it's real sweet of you."
"Of course, I know you were shaken up by the whole Aaron being a werewolf thing I just wanted to.."
Wait is that Lucinda kissing a werewolf? It's Aaron's sister?! Not Lucinda too.. It looks like she has bandages on her. I SWEAR if that werewolf hurt her I'll-
"Hey Katelyn, are you okay? Kinda spacing out there." Travis asked, cutting off my thoughts.
"Y-yeah I'm fine. Now come on, let's go eat."
???'s POV
"She's kissing Lucinda already?? I'm going to make her pay.. Come on let's give her the potion already," I said raging with jealousy.
"No, not yet. We have to wait for the perfect moment, now is not it. Lucinda has to get closer to her if we're trying to get to her too.. I know that's what you want Ivan," Ein replied.
"Urgh, you're right, fine I'll wait. When are you planning on getting your Aphmau back? Isn't she also crucial in getting the Ultima?"
"Melissa will help with that too, you'll see soon.. Michael will be so happy."
